My covers arrived in a few days, was apprised of shipping steps. Bourgt 3 different size covers was veery happy with the fit and quality, would come back actuall will need two different covers once i purchase furn and grill. My only disappointed, paid freight and discount day after on my computer was 15 percent better and also more recent same. I try to compare you to covers.com. Thanks Again.

Pollen is bad in southeastern NC--everything gets covered in green and I didn't want to have to deal with it this season since I purchased new furniture. What was I thinking--I bought white patio chairs?. In my search for a cover, I stumbled upon Empire Covers website and found their Medium Bar Table and Chairs Combo Cover 80 in Diameter I placed an order which arrived quickly and on time. If you don't want to splurge on custom-made covers, Empire Covers are a great alternative. So far, they have kept our patio furniture completely dry when it rains. Just because of the design of our furniture, which is more round-shaped with a swivel base instead of legs, it is a bit tricky to figure out the best way to put the covers on, and the tie-downs don't work for us because--no legs. However, that is something we can work figure out. We are really pleased with our purchase and have recommended Empire Covers to our neighbors. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The cover was received in good condition and fits well. It's thinner than expected and we really wanted the higher quality cover, but it was out of stock. We're hoping this one will work well.

We bought patio furniture covers to protect from the sun, dust, and rain here in the southwest. Empire covers are very high quality. We had rain a couple days ago and there are still some beaded water bubbles sitting on top of the covers. When I measured I didn't allow for the angles on a square fire-pit with 4 chairs around it and had to exchange it. Their customer service was exemplary. Just wish we'd ordered them a few years ago.

Received my cover for my BMW Z4 in a timely fashion. The cover is nice but the attaching clips are useless. Went away for 10 days and the cover blew off 3 times. My neighbor attached it in my absence and I finally said to leave it off. Very disappointed. Will be home in a couple of days and would love to return it.

I easily found the cover i needed for my 30 year old boat on the web site and purchased it based on some reviews and other searches. It arrived very quickly. There were plenty of updates on order status throughout. The cover fits well. The only question i can't answer is regarding the durability. The material seems to be a similar weight of the previous cover. Overall very satisfied.

We received our boat cover for my sons bass boat. It is a great cover and the quality seems to be very good. As soon as we got it put on it started raining and we could see the water bead up and running off. Extremely happy and unless when we take cover off it has leaked inside i would say this cover is amazing! Customer service is also amazing! Thanks Empire Covers we will be ordering again!

Ordered for a 253 DL3 regency. The cover is about 5-8 feet to large. 2 star cuz the material is good

Ordered for my 4 door Jeep, I'm a strong woman no way to easily put on... Cost $91 and $57 to return in their box... Cost me to much to return

This is my second cover. The first one (and the car) didn't fare so well with hurricane Ian. Nice and easy experience. Good choices and prompt delivery. Now we will see how it lasts through a long Florida summer.

Cover too short, also it doesn't cover the bottom of my car, I will never buy again

I ordered on line and received it in the estimated time. The cover was to small for my snowmobile.

Then after all that had a sizing issue with the cover. Emily S. Was on it and once again, made things right without hesitation. Zero complaints, highly recommend their business!

I was unsure what cover to order for a very old boat. Wrote to Empire Covers, Danielle responded with some questions about the boat's dimensions. I sent those and a couple of pics; Danielle made a recommendation. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I had a question about the tie-down straps, so I called and got my question answered. If I ever need a cover for anything else, I will check Empire first.

I purchased a car cover for a 2007 Nissan Armada. The Armada is a large SUV. The cover is literally so tight that i'm sure it will eventually rip (sooner, not later) and can only be put on if the side mirrors are in. Also, no zippered / other otherwise access to the drivers side door without taking the cover most of the way off.

The recommendation tool would do well to advise a larger cove for such a large vehicle. To recap, good quality just the wrong fit.

I bought a trailer cover last year for my trailer and had a problem with the stitching. I contacted Empire Covers about my problem. I dealt with John W who is their customer service rep. I let John know what my issue was and they replaced my cover in a very timely matter. Thank you for standing behind your product. Very much appreciated.

I bought two covers, one for my 1973 Ford Mach 1, one for my 1967 Mustang Coupe. I didn't realize at the time, they are the same length covers. I tried one on my 73 Mach today, way too short. The 73 and 67 are no where near the same length. I even double checked the website today, if you order a custom one for a 73 it is the same as the 67, there website is wrong. Now I have a cover I can nor use. They will not return the unused cover. What a rotten company. Stay away.

We had a cover for our motor home which quickly ripped around the seam stitching meaning it could not be tethered down well. They did replace it, however the second one had the exact same fault but they would not replace or offer for to pay for an upgrade in the model I had originally purchased or any discount to buy a new cover. They warranty is based on the date of the purchase of the first item. The fact the replacement has the exact poor quality stitching and is effectively a defective product and was only used for a few months was not of interest to this company. So disappointed. $300+ wasted.

Received the 5 covers. Not as good as I expected but still good.
