Do not use this company! I ordered my mom's Mother's Dress for my wedding, they approximated 35 days for shipping, it took almost 2 months, they shipped the wrong color, they don't take phone calls so I emailed them. It says on their website that they will get back to you in 48 hours and it has been a week with no response. Now I'm going to the BBB with them!

My daughter ordered a prom dress - with more than 2 weeks to spare from their schedule. She provided her exact measurements as well.
The dress showed up way late - the day before the dance... and it was too small - back would not even close.
They conveniently stopped emailing us back when we asked for a refund.
Insult + injury = horrible

WILL NOT deal with this company again. No customer service whatsoever, they won't answer any of my emails and we STILL haven't received the dress! The dress was to be here in 4 weeks. It's been that long and I am furious. Thinking this is a scam. I'll stick with ChristinaGowns, they were EXCELLENT to work with!

Do not use this company. We ordered a prom dress on April 8,2011 for a prom on June 23,2011 the dress was to ship on May 29,2011 its now June 14th the dress has not shipped. We have emailed them over 30 times, no one has responded, there is no phone number to call. They charge your credit card the day you place the order, not the day it ships. They run it through paypal which has a 45 day resolution limit. Luckily we used a credit card and they are taking care of it. BEWARE!

I will never order from this site again. We order my daughters dress the first of February and were told it would ship on March 22nd, as of today we still don't have the dress and her event is 4 days away, and guess what... they won't responsed to my emails now. But they were sure to charge my credit card just as soon as we placed the order! BEWARE!

This site is very, very slow to respond. Once you purchase the dress, customer service is nonexistant. I ordered a bridesmaids dress back in the beginning of January 2011 and I have yet to receive it. The estimated ship date states 03/05/2011. It is April 1 already.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
We spent over $400 on this site only to be sent dresses that were the wrong colour. We emailed them (5 times) and we had no replies at all. Their returns policy says that they will accept returns within 3 days. Well its been 3 weeks and we haven't even had a reply, never mind a refund or apoligy.
And on top of all of this the dresses are pourly made. The stitching looks terrible, and will not last five minutes. Also, the hem is really uneven. There is about 2 inches difference from one side to the other.
In colonclusion - Stay clear of elle dream. Cheap immitations and terrible non existant customer service!

SCAMMERS! Don't ever order from this website. They will take your money

After reading reviews for this company after purchasing my daughter's prom dress from it, I had a stomach ache! I started to make alternate plans for a dress!

I contacted them right away and got an immediate response. I was shocked after reading that they don't get back to people. They let me know that the dress was about 10 days behind. They kept in contact with me to let me know the progress of the dress shipment. It was supposed to ship March 23 and it actually shipped March 30. We received it yesterday.

It doesn't have the smell that others report. Remember that these dresses are knock offs and the quality isn't superb, but its not bad either. I sew so I noticed some flaws that someone who does not sew may overlook. The dress looks beautiful on my daughter and shes happy, that is all that matters.

I would definitely tell them my event is a month before it actually is. I would also recommend sending all measurements rather than a size because sizes run weird sometimes. Her dress fits ok but not as well as the size 2 she tried on in a store. If I had to do it again, I'd order a 3.
