This site claims to be e currency exchangers. They give mouth watering offer of exchange rate as follows:
1LR USD-->1.28 PM USD
1LR USD-->1.19 Pecunix

When you pay for an exchange, they trap your money and ask you to pay for membership activation fee of $69 or thereabout. When you call the telephone line on the site, no one picks your call. f you ask for a refund they stop responding to your mails.

I lost $105 to them. I wish I could find a way of bringing the site down

T N. here's an article on reporting fraud - you can report them to the FTC, the FBI's IC3 unit and your state attorney general. it may not do something immediately but if other people do the same, the more likely they are to be caught: http://www.sitejabber.com/blog/2011/04/05/how-to-report-online-fraud-scams/

james t. that is right i too pass through the same predicament in addition to my money they also asked for $39 for registration up till this moment nothing has been heard from them

I mistakely entered my perfect money member ID instead of account number, i have contacted them and they said they have kept my information, that the minimum one can exchange with them is now $50. I am asking whether they will credit the money back to my liberty reserve or perfect money account but they haven't replied me. I don't know whether they don't want to refund the money.
