Claim Your BusinessA con pure and simple. They don't reply to e-mails, phoneline goes direct to full voicemail box, goods undelivered 20 days after order and no contact to explain delay. I have contacted sagepay who process their payments, they have stated that they will get the company to contact me, no contact 3 days later (surprise). Just don't ever even though they are cheap

I have ordered a Laptop from Eleco save for £330.00 on 30/07/2010 and money is taken therough Sage Pay, can, t get in touch with him. I need refund, don't want to buy from him anymore what should i do can someone help please
Ordered goods valued at around £200. Deducted money from my credit card instantly. Waited a week and then tried to contact them via telephone - endless hold music and never got to speak to anyone, despite calling at least half a dozen times. Also failed to respond to emails.
Eventually Elecosave did email me back citing problems with their systems meaning that they hd been unable to process orders and that their telephone system had been faulty!
Asked me if I wanted my money back or whether I wanted to proceed with my order with a promise of a £5 off the purchase price and a refund of delivery charges; I opted for a full refund (still waiting).
I personally thing thinkl that this is a tin-pot one man band who takes your money and tries to then source the goods. If they can't fulfil the order they mess you about until the statutory Distance Selling period is up (30 days) and then use the prescribed statutory refund period (another 30 days) to eventually refund your money (hopefully).
Personally I wouldn't touch 'em with a barge pole after my experience. Save yourself the grief by going to a reputable company and don't be seduced by the idea of finding the cheapest price. Remember, "there's no such thing as a free lunch" and "you get what you pay for".
This web site is a scam, keep away. Can not contact this company by phone, email. The Elecosave site gives incorrect address, The owner Gregory Long can not be found anywhere. I have reported this company to the police.
I have been caught out by this scam too. I bought a printer from www.thegadgetspot.co.uk also owned by Gregory Long. If anyone would like to message him on facebook his page is: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=*******435#!/profile.php?id=*******288
I made a puchase from this company after referrals by Google Shopping. Calling this company only gets you through to an answering service playing Michael Jackson songs. You never get to speak to anyone. I have sent numerous emails and have never received a response. They were very quick to take my money and alarm bells rang when days of tracing the company led to 3 other contact and email addresses for their business. These are Cutprice Fashion Retail Group; cutprice-camera-hifi-lcd.com; http://www.perfumania-online.co.uk. You are provided with vat registered number but it doesn't correspond to any business listed on the internet business directory. I cannot recomend using Elecosave or any of it's other company guises. This experience is a warning to me to be more careful when making internet purchases, even when the company is recommended by Google Shopping.
