Elagoon Digital was outstanding at creating my first business website in WordPress. Being a layman, I hardly had any technical knowledge. However, I cannot stop myself from praising the help and support the professionals provided me. Excellent staff indeed! I am highly impressed. I would love to refer Elagoon Digital to all my friends and well wishers for their needs.
They had over a year and a half and couldn't complete projects (they said 4 months) or they were not qualified to do so. I paid in full. If I didn't go some place else I would have never got it done. They would have kept on working on it, but time=money so why? There is absolutely no management there to project manage. Go somewhere else. I finally went to xoomwebsolutions.com and got it done.

It has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. Proposal and first payment in mid-April 2017, full payment by September 2017. I am on the 4th account manager and waiting to have site put online. Credentials for hosting supplied back in October 2017. Difficult to get answers or responses for weeks at a time.
I can definitely NOT recommend this outfit to anyone. Hopefully, I will eventually get something out of this...
Extremely aggressive salesman who will promise just about anything to get your money, then they didn't deliver. When I requested to speak to management/customer service they ended up terminating my account. I seriously doubt their positive reviews are genuine as they placed very favourable reviews on my web site from individuals to whom I have never dealt with or know. Unless you want to end up writing a review like this, take this seriously.

These people spam call domain registration technical contacts. It's illegal in the US but they don't care. This is a scam company. Their client list has many apparently fake clients -- they don't list any identifying information other than logos and generic names that sound made up.
Their US offices are addresses of apartment buildings.

Do not hire Elagoon Digital for website development services. They are a fraudulent scam operation. They will take your deposit and then totally fail to perform. Their email addresses and telephone numbers do not work. They are total scammers. Avoid them at all costs. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing.

I visited Elagoon Digital one year ago when I was planning to launch my first business website. Besides a great range of services, I would like to appreciate the company for its great follow up. It responded very promptly to every query I made them. They have a great technical and customer support team. I am speechless!
Been calling me every day for a month now trying to sell me website design. Just how trustworthy can a company that cold calls you and hides behind a private number?
Getting really fed up with their daily calls, asked them several times not to call again, but they just keep calling every day. It's plain harassment and should not be legal.
I certainly wouldn't give them any money and support those practices.

Be aware! After I got a new domain, someone from Elagoon Digital calling me again and again claim they can do webdesign for everything. I refused to do anything. In December 2017, they send email to me about Christmas discount for a new webdesign. I was busy to handle everything by myself. Just make a try. The company is from India.The company claim can do everything, I just need a very simple database in my existing website. The person said it could complete in about 3 weeks including new web design. But when doing details, they keep telling me it is much much harder than what was initial requirement. The price will be much higher than what initially said. So far it cost three month, I did not see anything yet. I just give up whatever I paid. Be aware of this India company.
The designers and developers are true professionals. They understand your vision and make it a reality. The layouts and designs are fantastic. The best I have seen. I have nothing but praise and the highest recommendation for them. The turnaround time and communication is great. Since working with Elagoon Digital, and seeing the finished products, we made the smart decision and outsourced all projects to them and have saved thousands of dollars.
I got four calls in a single morning from "Frisco, TX" before there was anyone on the line. Then they tried to sell me on their website services. No thank you.

This Scam company gets your phone number and just keeps calling day or night.
Have repeatedly said I don't want anything and they keep calling.
You only have to read some of the other reviews here and elsewhere online to see their bad reputation

Just had a call from a very rude telemarketer working for eLagoon. Jason, as he calls himself, I'm sure there are a lot of men in India named Jason, felt that he did not have to check the Do Not Call list before calling a number, nor did he have to look at the notes from the woman who called yesterday (who I had the same discussion with). Evidently he feels that being rude, yelling, and saying he does not have to abide by the law is a good way to entice prospective customers. I just filed a report, not that anything will come of it. While looking up the number, I see no less than 40 people complaining about this same company over the past 2 days...

Elagoondigiatl and elagoonstudio are fraud and scam, and bunch of cold callers. They haven't made any web sites for the clients, all of the portfolio is fake and without real links to any existing working web sites

I received a cold call one afternoon from Elagoon and initially wasnt willing to listen. But there was a gentle persuasion from the other end asking me to listen and I gave in. That one call turned out to be the best business decision I could have taken. They rebuilt my existing website that ranks well on Google and brings me good business. The entire process was good as Shane kept me informed about the development process and I made the final payment after I got the new site. Thanks Shane & your team!
Now they are replying on my previous review without knowing the whole drama. I guess now they hired any fool who is replying on each and every review. I received call from this company's sales team. They literally convinced me for there SMO service and they took payment of 400 AUD upfront through PayPal and and they promised to get back to me in two days time but they haven't called or emailed me. I am really disappointed and will not suggest this company to any one. I think all the reviews which are posted here has been done by themselves. SO PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
