I ordered in 2013 for more than 100: never received my order!
Hundred e-mails, calls and messages on WhatsApp but no answer!
Oh yes, they told me once "Sorry but you have never ordered" then I sent them the bank's proof and e-mail confirming my order but no News after that of course!

I ordered 7 dresses from them...just received one and the other never saw them . Dont buy from them...To be honest this is the 3rd tome Indian store have done this to me...I am never going to Order from Indian Online stores.

This is a fraudulent website. They charged my credit card, never got the order shipped. The customer service phone number doesn't work. I sent bunch of messages on their whattsapp, no response. I spoke to my lawyer and he told me to keep track of all the modes of communications I have tried. I will be filling legal complaint to BBB. Please do not fall prey to their scam.

I ordered with this company a month ago. Stupidly read the reviews after. The phone lines don't work and they don't respond to emails. Luckily I got in touch threatened them with legal action and they refunded my money. If you have paid by credit card you can also claim your money back through them as it's part of their guarantee if goods are undelivered or faulty. Don't use this company whatever you do.

Fake company. Never expect to get anything from these guys. Dont fall for their beautiful advertisements and pictures. They dont deliver. Fraudsters of highest order!

Total scam! They never delivered my full order and when I asked for a part refund for the undelivered items they said their accounts were closed for 6 months and there was nothing they could do. After 6 months everytime I chased they said it had been processed and would show in my account soon but this was just lies everytime and they would ignore my calls and hang up. 2 years later they say they can't do refunds for purchases more than 6 months ago. Disgusting. Don't risk it

I have ordered four casual shalware kameez two months ago but I never received it. I am trying to contact them but they do not respond to my emails. There live chat is no longer working nether their phone. For the past three days there website also not available. I talked to my friend whom introduced me to this website about the problem, she told me that she ordered clothes for $300 back in Nov, 2013 they still did not receive it. This web site is definitely a scam

This company Efello is a massive fraud. They constantly lie to you saying your order will be despatched, but all they are doing is stringing you along The most frustrating thing is the customer service, which is shocking, they just hang up on you. I've lost my money and don't think I'll ever get it back, they took my money in May 2014, and still no refund or my order. PLEASE DON'T purchase anything from Efello it's owned by Mr Narender Kumar Efello and Koyal Online Pvt.Ltd. Let's all use social media to warn people about Efello..

This company is one of my worst experience from online shopping.
Since I placed my order in May, they didn't have the product in stock and today is 28 July, I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I speak to them, they money would be back into my card in 4 days and it never happened so far. Every time I call them, the person at the other end is rude; no manners how to speak to customers.
I wonder how these kind of companies are allowed to exist in uk.

Can anyone please help how to get money back from efello. I tried calling my bank they can't do anything about it. Its very upsetting

Do not order from here. Its the worst experience I have had online shopping. I placed an order but when product arrived 2 months late 2 products were out of stock. I tried to get a refund but was unable to get in contact with them. They said I could order something else which I didn't want to do. Eventually this was my only option however I have unable to do this as they disconnect my call or tell me they will call me back. I have actually given up now but curses on that company totally disgust me

Fraudsters! Stay away. I ordered beginning of ramadan and after about 3 months still waiting. They dont answer calls or reply to email. If the do answer then they say your order will be dispatched next week but it never is. BEST THING TO DO IS CONTACT YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU THE AMOUNT. I had to give them one star because theres no option for less than that.

I ordered with efello.com 5 months back in September 2013. Still not received my order. This is the worst company and I encourage people to NOT buy from here. What makes it worse is that they have not even returned my money back. I will be reporting this company as it is a fraudulent business. THEY shouldn't be allowed to run such business in UK. WE should all stand up to this nonsense.

A disgraceful company that will never tell the truth! Just keep fobbing you off with same excuses, never received my order after waiting 2months, I don't even think they can get hold of half the outfits they have advertised. I ordered 5 products of ladies suits and designer sarees from efello.com for my cousin's marriage. In next 5 days of ordering date I received 4 products out of 5 and letter of one product credit note also. After that I would call to customer care for amount refund of pending product. I was receive the refund of amount of remaining products also with in 15 days of request. I really appreciate the efello services.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star as it's a fraudulent website. They have stolen my money and failed to deliver goods under "sale of Goods Act". They should be banned from trading and should be brought to justice. How can they sleep at night when they have taken so many innocent people's money. People who steal do not get far as it will be on their conscious every time they sleep, eat etc. People have trusted these b******* including myself and their fraudulent website. Their time will come to rot in hell...

They are thiefs & con artists. Took my money & never sent the goods, each time I phone they tell me the order is being processed in the despatch department, when I e-mail them I'm told they had an issue with quality so they could not process the order. 1 year on they called me to tell me they cannot refund the money BUT will credit my account, however I cannot use the total credit in 1 order it has to be used over 3 orders!
This is the problem with the internet based Indian companies. You just can't trust them.

Do not order from these thieves. They will take your money and you will not receive your goods. Despite chasing them, they do not respond. There is no difference between this company and a common thief. These guys have no moral. Their site only publishes good reviews and it does not take Enstein to work out that most of their own reviews are written by themselves. Beware.

Do not order from this site ever! They will take your money immediately and you will recieve no product. I ordered an item in december which i still have not recieved. I had contacted them numerous times and they repeated the same thing " item is in customs will be dispatched next week" load of rubbish! And they will not refund the costs when the fault is on their behalf!

I placed an order last year around June they havent delivered the products yet and also took my money which is about $2000. They are bloody bastards always lying, ripping people off. Bull $#*! customer service. I want to sue them with the maximum limit that I can for torturing me every which way possible. NEVER BUY FROM THIS BULL$#*! WEBSITE
