Buyer beware. This is fraudulant company who deals with fradulant companies and will give your credit card information to other sister companies. You will start to see new charges to your credit card each month from different foreign companies with no contact information for either you or your bank to contact them. Please do not get caught up in this scam. I am actually filing legal claims against this company now.

update. i got all my money back through my bank. the companies never tried to fight the claim my bank filed against them and credited all my money back to me and reversed their charges. happy i got my part resolved and learned a valuable lesson. glad that my warning posts have helped others from falling for this scam. just be very careful dealing with any company from CHINA

hello, i have read your comments on ecpss, now i should say that you misunderstand something. Ecpss has some merchants who specilize in international trade. If you do business with these companys, the billing address in your bank account will be ecpss billing address. so if you make purchase every month, your bank account will show ECPSS billing address, ecpss has many billing address, so you thought that they gave yorur bank account information to others, in fact, they did not. please make out the fact, and do not make some liab on ecpss's character. If you have any questions about your payment, you can feel free to contact their customer service, their email address are cs@ecspss.com and csreason@ecpss.com . i think this is wisdom. becasue they will resolve your problem on your behalf.

Not so, i did email them several times and got no help. Im just stating my case and what happened to me personally and what i was told by my bank that did investigate and do what needed to be done. I have a feeling you work for this company and are just trying to defend them. Sorry wont work for me. I will never do business with anyone affiliated with ECPSS ever again and will always leave my personal experience for other to view and they can make their own choice as to what they would like to do as well. Thats freedom of speech and what is great about being an American.
