Bought vape head, scammed for\\£32.00, no reply to e-mails. Scammers, phone numbers do not exists.

Ordered a smok cloud beast, they kept changing the release date every week, they took preorder and took money 3 weeks before release date, then never sent the order, emails come back with error incorrect email, no phone number. Have been unable to contact until i raised an issue with PayPal, to which they then started saying it was in the post, 9 days no sign and ignoring my emails, escalated the issue with PayPal and they can't get a response either. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very good service, fast delivery, and very good range of products, I still don't understand the negativity of all these. I got my order on time, Liquids are with great taste with out leakage. Kanger Subtank Mini Clearomizer 22mm is also great currently using it. And happy with it.

Ordered £85 pounds worth of gear, paid extra for 2-5 day delivery. 5 days have passed and no sign of my stuff. Tried to contact them via email ( the only way possible as I now realise They don't have a contact number)
Immediately received an automated email back saying mail delivery failed!
So I can't contact them or track my items as they have not given me a tracking number.
I will be contacting PayPal to open a complaint and hopefully get my money refunded.
Stay well away from this site!

I bought Tugboat from ecigwarehouse last month after a friend gave me hers to try, I also bought my partner a set, unfortunately I lost one of mine down the toilet after it fell out of my pocket, oops! Dont drop these in the loo lol. I do intend to buy another set as spares as it is handy to have spare batteries and tanks, and this product in my experience is pretty solid, you get the odd one that may have leaking issues, or the odd coil that doesnt work, and my current battery does rattle but still works after all this time! Ive found over time the battery charge has lasted longer than when first purchased and the one that didnt go down the pan still works just fine although I have had leaks with some coils, I just change it out and carry on leak free.
Flavour of the juices I use isnt bad at all, quite good, although other products produce a cleaner flavour and sometimes better vape production (depending on the juice, my strawberry doesnt seem to give much vapour, but butterscotch is very heavy on vapour!). This is definitely a great starter product, or back up product if you like having spares, which my partner has found useful after accidentally dropping his aspire nautilus, he wasnt without because we had these little gems to tide him over.
Overall not completely fault free (is anything? :P) but a pretty safe bet, I would definitely recommend ecigwarehouse products to anyone, whether as spares, a starter kit, or a pocket size ecig for when youre out and about, simple and easy to use, cant go wrong.

Crap fake site!

Do NOT use this company ordered the kangertech topbox mini plus a pack of 2 batteries, a week later the topbox mini arrived but with no batteries upon emailing them they apologised & said they would be sent out first class that same day 3 weeks on from original order im still waiting numerous emails have been exchanged where i was told to "check my safe place, as the delivery had been made on the 267th February" not understanding if this ment the 26th or the 27th i then challenged if they had been sent at all as i have an email stating they had sent them the first day i got in touch which was the 24th! Iv now asked 3 separate time for a refund of the batteries and shock no emails are being replied to now. The company is a joke dont even have a number to call only via email will look to complain to trading standards. Unless you want to give your money away do NOT use these con artists!

I recently bought Coilart Azeroth it is wonderful device and i am very thankful to ecigwarehuse.

I placed my order with this site and payed for expedited shipping, 5 days later it still have not arrived so I emailed them but all the reply said was to wait. Now another 4 days later I am still waiting! With frustration, I emailed them again for a full refund but they replied again telling me to wait! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! THEY ARE TIME WASTERS!

Bought a kayfun 20 mil off them for £27.99 with free shipping and it arrived 5 days later which i class as exceptional service and this is the second order ive placed with this company and i was just as delighted with the service the first time round, beware of impatient bad mouthers using phrases like scammed because their order didnt arrive within 48 hours (patience is a virtue) you can find sites that will charge you double plus shipping if it is an emergency for you me personally im a bit more relaxed about things and would wait a little longer than 48 hours before bad mouthing a company that offers the best uk prices regardless of where the item is shipped from.
