I foolishly accepted their offer of a "free" vape starter kit, S&H $4.95, because it was offered via Time Warner Cable as a new customer. That was on 9/03/16. Today, 9/18/16, alerted by Chase that they've charged my account another $99.95 ( under $100, I've learned, keeps them below credit card companies' fraud detection systems). Shame on me for falling for this, double shame on Time Warner for aiding and abetting this fraud.

Please do not order from this people. I did get free offer to thier products from Sam's Club for being loyal customer and they end up charging me $99.00 dollars straight from my account claiming I fail to call and cancel with in 15 days of thier policy which I did call exactly on that day but what they did is they withdraw money on the 14th day. I called and complain about it and they gave me back half of it. To me that is dishonest and people need to know what's up.

SCAM! They trick you them take $99.95 from you! Contacted my bank immediately after noticing the $99.95 charge. Bank froze my card so payment wouldn't go through! Tried to call the # listed on the bank draft, it isn't even theirs! Finally reached them and operator was rude and demanding! Avoid this place at all cost!

9.8 was automatically deducted from my bank account soon after I received this 4.95 trial kit. I saw no mention of additional monthly subscription! I would like to request nicely for a refund to my account. Thank you!

I had tried other e-cigs, but these worked for me! I quit smoking regular cigarettes thanks to my exigencies brand!

I paid £4.95 using a Prepaid Mastercard. Received the starter kit very quickly, but the electronic cigarettes were c**p, really low quality. Still the starter kit is handy and I love the magnetic pouch which holds a battery and two cartomizers when out and about.
I have not heard from them since so no need to make expensive calls or fart about with a code to return the starter kit overseas to Holland. These PREPAID cards are a great way to deal with companies like this. So for me I did get, well almost get a free starter kit for £4.95.

I did the "Amazon" survey - no $50 promised gift card. I chose the ecigs kit instead for $5.99 S&H. 15 days later Chase Bank emails me a fruad alert saying that they were trying to charge $98.22 to my card. They called me the next morning and when I disputed the charge they cancelled the card and issued a new one. I called ecigs and told them to cancel thier bogus account and that they couldn't get any money from a cancelled card and that Chase Bank was on to them. Way to be on top of it Chase, thank you!

Charge you monthly without showing it when the transaction is made. Somebody should legally do something. They are stealing people's information, and money.

I too ordered this for $4.95 after completing a survey. Then in my email of conformation they also stated that they charged me $2.95 for insurance to insure that I got there package. I replied saying this is fraudulent and I was t it refunded right away or I would contact the bbb. When I got the charge for $98.89. I again said this charge is fraudulent. I didn't sign up for any additional charges or additional packages. Again I threatened them with the bbb8789 and was sent an email confirmation of my refund. All done in less than 90 seconds. Walah!

Please do not get in this. Neither in skin elements, breathtakingrestore, this people enters in your bank account and take $99.00, without notifying you and they make this, days before the end. After they catch you with this amount, they only send you back about 20% of the total. If someone knows where to put a complaint please let me know!

I picked up and offer for this site from shutterfly.com after taking a survey. Long time since I smoked but was curious (man high school all over again). I filled out the order and then after reviewing the details saw the catch. Within minutes I fond this site. Less than 40 minutes in I called the company to cancel. They hard sold to keep me on, said they would do a one time sell for $30 and would extend it to end f year for trial. I held a true course and they said they cancelled the account. So, if they really cancel and I do not live the nightmares I have read here then perhaps I got lucky or they may be going legit... only time will tell.

They trick you into thinking this is a free thing for going a survey, only to find out weeks later they charge your credit card. When you call they tell you the truth that this is a monthly membership scam that they keep charging you every month. Oh they give you some juice refills and tips for 29.99 per month, really? You can buy those at any vapor store for $5. Wish they would be up front and not so sneaky, because I did enjoy the ecig vapor smoke. Live and learn, nothing is for free, they are con men, and scam artist, BEWARE, enter at your own risk. What a headache, all for no reason, stay away from this brand.

I was trapped as everybody here and now want to call them to cancel my membership but the phone is busy 24/24, maybe also 7/7. I will send a mail for them and will block my account. They must know they cannot do a business like this, make customers hate them & do negative posts. Seems their rule is to do as much money as possible, they accept to lose new customer and don't care of their reputation. Really dishonest and harming people.

This is a SCAM! RUN fast. The $9.95 introductory offer for shipping is only the tip of the ice berg. Then you will get charged $99.95 after 15 days and can ONLY get a refund if you didn't open the package and try it... who orders something and doesn't try it! I am SO pissed that I have had to pay for this stupid electronic cigarette and the cost is enormous!

Link pop up while am in my amazon website, took survey, then they offered lot of shi$, mostly they just point/lure you to e-cig (because the ipad pro out of stock), smell fishy, I look up the website and saw lot of fraud from this web site, DO NOT BELIEVE SURVEY, THEY FULL OF SHI$. Beware, if you respond to their free sample they automatically enroll you into refils. Customer Services are very abrupt. Treat with caution.

Won through a survey, later they asked to pay for S&H which I did, then I got a call from the company. I went online and cancelled the account, they charged me for the product, a week later they again charged me for something. The customer service agent said that was for the rewards program, when I asked her, if my account is cancelled, where is the reason for the rewards program to be active. She kept on repeating the same thing. Guys be aware never try this brand even if you are paying money, this is a great way cheating people

It is a scam and u wont get any money for a survey gift

I finally threatened them with social media after calling them more than many times. The last time I called with my credit card company on the phone. The last call took an hour and a half but the social media comment got me my refund!

They said it was free, just pay for shipping & handling of 9.95. WRONG... what they DONT tell you is that its a membership. They claim they "sent you an email" with the details which they dont because they dont want you to know that two weeks later they debit your account for 100.00 dollars. Thats 110.00 dollars for an ecig that is only worth 19.99, and then it stops working 3 days later. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM THIS RETAILER BECAUSE IT IS A BIG RIPOFF SCAM
