I would not recomend these people for nothing. There DVD's are low quality. They do not back up what they sell and you can not get a hold of them thru the phone nor do they answer there e-mails. I bought a DVD box set and it was missing a disc and some of the disc would not play all they way thru. They say they have live help but they don't answer it online. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.
Pack of thieving bastards! DVD's were of poor quality and when i sent them back for refund, never received cash back? Avoid with extreme prejudice.
I hear you. I ordered Hells kitchen box set set seasons 1 thry 7 and evervy season the finale episode was missing or wouldn't play. Been trying for two weeks to get a hold of them. The don't answer e-mails there phone is always busy and there online help. well there's nobody there. Save your money. never buy from this company it is all chinese burnt off disc. poor quality. and they dont offer what they say. THEY ARE RIP OFF'S
I tried to buy a dvd twice from this site and twice my credit card info was used at a grocery store in Bejing.

STEVE S. i just finished season 4 on this box set. not once have i seen the finale. This is no way a complete set.I steel have not been able to get past the busy signal when I call and it has been two weeks of trying. Plus i have sent 10 e-mails to them and the have not answered one of them about replaceing this poor product. All this sorry company wants is your money and should be shut down. I hope more and more people read these reviews and dont get taken like the ones of us on here that has posted a review. I sure wish I did.
