I ordered the complete series of NYPD BLue - big mistake! First, it took a month to get the DVDs - with express shipping - from Hong Kong, no less. Most have been taped from TV channels - and about every other DVD is defective, and will not play the program. No mas!

I purchased the MASH collection for xmas and when I recieved it from CHINA there was episodes missing and there was doubles on some of the dvds. I e-mailed them and they told me I would get a rebate of $50.00. It's been two months now and they won't answer my e-mails anymore. They say on their site that it's like highway robbery for them to be selling their dvds so cheap. Well I say they are highway robbery for selling junk I got burned for $119.00.

The Carol Burnett DVD set I purchased from dvdbooth.com has very satisfactory quality. The whole episodes have been successfully restored and looked like new which made me really impressed. The quality of the video is exceptional and there haven't been any transfer problems. I think the price is quite practical. If you want an endless laugh then you should definitely get this collection, I would definitely recommend this set.

My mother had me order four different series as a Christmas gift for my dad. It took forever to get an order confirmation and we never did get a tracking number. This should have been a warning signal to cancel the order. Three of the four series came from Indiana and the other came from China and while watching we found missing episodes, repeated episodes from that season or other seasons, television channels showing up on the corners (A&E, Bravo), grainy pictures, episodes so yellow it could not be watch, and the list goes on. We have called customer service and complained; however, we have been told each time "Sorry but our movies come from China and they are not held accountable for piracy." They have an address in California, I've talked to customer service reps in New York, San Fransisco, and Atlanta. Stay away from this company! Even though some individuals have had a good experience, I am finding out that there are more of us that have not.

Rockford Files set was burned from a computer and came in old VCR boxes from China. No return address.

We purchased The Virginian complete series from this site! Stay away! These items were burned from a computer and to make it worse quality was terrible! Almost looked like they were recorded off a television. When we called to return these we were given a China address and payed $14 to send these back to them and then in 7 months have still not recieved a refund!

Stay away from dvd booth. A total rip off. I ordered the box set of the virginian for my husband as a christmas gift. First I didnt get it until 2 weeks after christmas. Never got an email and had to call numerous times to even get a tracking number. Then they finally came in an envelope from an an individual from indiana. They we in sleeves and to top it off, they were burned from the tv. Very poor quality at that. You could even see the name of the channel in the corner. Spent over $100 for this. Unbelievable. I was in a rush to get this for him because he loves this show so I ddnt read the reviews. Never again. I got burned and so im hoping by posting this I can help others!

When I saw DVDBooth website with lots of classic show on sale, I decided to order the Dallas complete collection to try their products despite of few negative feedback about this company. I was little worried at first because I didn’t receive a confirmation email which I asked immediately. Surprisingly, one of their customer representatives replied at once and gave me the information I needed. After 8 working days, I received the DVD set, as promised. I went to check each discs and tested all the discs in my computer. The whole set was great and fully working. DVDBooth has already proven me what really Customer Assistance is and they are great in doing it so keep it up!

I ordered a box set of the Walton's several days ago. Still no word from them regarding order despite attemting contact with them through their telephone number and email. A huge SCAM! Do not consider ordering from them!

Dubious site. I am pretty sure they sell counterfeits. Site has no company name, no address. Domain registration is anonymous. Even worse for their associates dvd-warehouse.com & dvd-mania.com

This website has great products and good customer support from their staffs. I purchased the Andy Griffith Show last february. No problems encountered during the ordering process. Whenever I have a question about payment options, procedures, and regarding the products, I always received a prompt reply from them. The DVDs also arrived quickly - very fast shipping process. The quality is outstanding! Moreover, the whole set I receive has superior quality. I am fully satisfied with the whole transaction and how DVDBooth showed what customer support really is. DVDBooth website offers all the classic shows I've been looking for a long time. I would like to share my ordering experience from this online seller. I purchased The Bonanza DVD Collection last March. The shipping time was good because my parcel was delivered in the right period as indicated in the confirmation email I received. When I tried to check the discs opened the package, the DVD cases were broken. I checked the discs on my DVD players to see if it is were fully working and I have no problem with that. But I'm not satisfied for the broken DVD cases so I emailed DVDBooth and asked why I received a damaged product. One of their staff replied to my email after few hours and he asked me first check the rest of discs if it's all fully working. I said yes, it's fully functional. He then asked for my desired shipping address and they replaced the damaged DVD cases I received. Regarding the quality of the DVDs it's really good and totally watchable! DVDBooth provided me a good customer service which is pretty excellent!
