after placing an order with this company in April 2011 and still not recieved my goods and i get no answers to emails or letters, do not order from this company, its rubbish, take no notice of the 1 star, it should be zero

T N. did you call your credit card company and dispute the charge? also, do you have an email confirmation from them after you placed the order. if you dispute the charge, the credit card company will want all of that information.
Nicholas G. N.G I placed an order in May 2010 got confirmation of order then nothing. received one email from them after numerous complaints and still no resoulution
