“Dropshipland is all talk and no substance”

Pete S.
6/18/12

Dropshipland is all talk and no substance. There is not a single site that has survived a couple of months, but they keep the money. They don’t have any stock, they have replicated the scheme on multiple websites, and the site has become such a trap for fools that the already overpriced products get flogged at a loss by fools who do not account for taxes, fees, marketing costs and so on. It’s a dump for the dumb.

There isn’t a single website hosted by these muppets that has made it beyond month 1. This scam must be surviving because the majority of people walking this earth are just gullible. It’s obvious from miles away that it’s a rip off. Why hide prices and why hide that you aren’t a dropshipper. Not one to trust, have had friends scammed by him and heard several horror stories that would revive my grandmother.

This is one of the largest scams on the internet at the moment, and should be looked at by fraud squads all over the world. The fact that Dropshipland.com are out, and out robbing their customers is just wrong. How can they get away with their scams for so long. Thank goodness for review sites such as this, which highlight what dropshipland are really up to.

At first I couldn’t understand why everyone says they are a scam. They said their forum is US based, but it’s a con the forum is also operated by the same individual that owns dropshipland and who advertises it in google. Big fat scam set up to rip off young starters like me. I have lost nearly £200, I admit they had the better of my common sense, but no more, now I am calling the police.

They scammed me into using their website, they have just charged my paypal account for a second time without my authorisation!? They have laughed at me repeatedly in emails saying I am stupid and that I can’t read, and are ignoring my repeat requests for a refund. I should have followed my gut instinct as soon as I noticed it is an exact copy of other scam dropshipping sites. Seeing a charge on my account again just takes the piss.

Dropshipland robbing their customers is wrong. Just yesterday one of my friends was complaining that they kept charging his card even after the subscription period was over. Thank you for confirming my suspicions!

It’s a scam. They claim 70% off rrp and it’s not true, far from it. Prices they sell at can be found far cheaper retail, it’s more like 30% ABOVE retail... They claim they are the largest but it is not a dropshipper, doesn’t have a warehouse, it’s run from an office or flat and has no control over stock. You’ll struggle to make candy money, and you’ll lose the 100quid odd fee once you account for hosting.

You only have to take a quick look around the internet to see literally thousands of negative comments about this company dropshipland. There are free dropshippers out there that give better prices and a free website, so why pay? It is not even a dropshipper, just a scam middleman pawn positioned to steal money. Scam of the worst genre.

You are doing a great service here by warning people against a genuine scam. I have seen a blog that is always stating that dropshipland is ok, but now I know they own it and it is all false, because there are far more bad comments than good ones against the owner of dropshipland. Great site and great service you have by warning people of scams and genuine reviews on bad companies.

Can somebody please, please please tell me how to get my money back from dropshipland? I joined their membership hoping it was a dropshiper, but what I have now found out it is a total waste of money. The prices are way too high, I can buy from Amazon cheaper, and from what I have discovered it's not even their stock just info they have copied from other sites, I presume the suppliers.
I need my money back so that I can join a real service.
Thanks for any help you can give.

Chaps scams don’t come much larger than dropship land. I was conned by them in 2010, I can only imagine they are even worse now. Dropshipping is hard, never deal with easy to find websites, especially if it is not a dropshipper.

Same scam as previous owner, see:

http://www.dropshipforum.com/community/showthread.php/197-Dropshipland.com-Reviews-Is-Dropshipland-a-Scam-Dropshipper

The owner shifted ownership to the US to avoid VAT. Avoid like the plague, not a dropshipper, just an intermediary who makes money from hosting fees and by marking up prices. They have been scamming for years and are very good at fooling newbies.

At first I thought great, the concept sounds good in principle. It was too late when I realised I had been conned, no sales despite following the instructions to the letter and spending hundreds in marketing. The problem is that there are too many outlets selling the same exact items, at prices which no one would touch. After I had voiced my opinion repeatedly they shut down my site.

So glad about the warnings, their list is just crap, little shops and prices ex vat means + 20% on all prices and no chance to compete. Cheap and worthless.

SCAM! The minute I paid, I checked my online cc statement. They charged me twice for the amount of £29.95 in different transactions. Initially I thought may be by mistake and sent them an email and no one replied. I tried calling their customer care and when I explained everything in detail, they said it will take 14 business days for the amount to get credited. I waited patiently, but nothing. When I called again for cancellation of the account, they refused to even recognize me. Dropshipland.com is nothing but a big time fraud. Can someone help me what is the best way to get my money back?

They are pushing a testimonial I wrote over 5 years ago, a time when by today's standards I would say I was very naive. On hindsight the dropshipland service is totally crap and locked me into what I now realise was a year of measly returns. I was too new to know I could have spent a lot less to set up, and I didn't know I could have earned real money elsewhere. It's a big fat scam if you ask me today, but I was naive at the time so I am excused.

I know people who were conned by this and still wondering when they’ll make their first sale... I really feel sorry for them, they haven’t got a clue.

Absolutely disgusted at the way I have been treated by this company. It's a con pure and simply, not their products prices absurd, I feel like screaming!

I joined dropshipland.com a year ago and with out notice, they charged my cc. I wasted months fighting for a refund without result. Just a bunch of conmen.

You know those wannabe students that think they can make a fast quid. This scam is specifically geared for those wannabes. 360 degrees rip off, no stock in hand and prices are simply ridiculous, not a dropshipper and definitely one not to trust.

Yes, dropshipland.com are 100% a scam, and fraudulent website, as mentioned above. They own a forum, as also mentioned above, and use it to dupe their customers into believing they have good reviews, when in fact, they, themselves, make all the reviews up to blatantly scam their prospective customers.

I am very sorry to say this, but I am ANOTHER victim of dropshipland and their forum. I found one of their fake forum whilst searching for very specific dropship items, not realising that their fake forum is totally geared to getting you to join dropshipland and ukdropshipgroup which are both their scam websites.
Please Google, stop these scams taking place. I have now lost good money with their scam. I feel like I have been mugged by them: (

Not a dropshipper, domain remains under their control, very messy control panel, design style is awful, hosting is overpriced. Very ineffective and sorry to say a scam based on all the false claims on the site. Watch out for hidden terms and conditions.

After you sign up for the price that is advertised, there are other costs buried down their T&Cs. Also they do not dropship any of the items, just pass on the order. For me a waste of money, the prices are way too expensive, the website poor and non competitive. Never sold a thing.

Have you ever wondered why nobody mentions an ecommerce website on his fake forum :D It’s him, that muppet of the owner, posting using different usernames. Biggest dropshipping con around in the UK, beware.
