About a month ago, i have purchased five bridesmaid dresses for my dear girl-friends. However the delivery have spent almost a month, i felt a little satisfaction for these gorgeous dresses. And my dears are fond of them now. In general, it is a excellent website for its high quality with affordable price. I will recommend this website for all friends around me. Thanks a lot~~ LOL

I was admittedly nervous about ordering a dress sight unseen, without trying it on or seeing it in person. But when my dress arrived five weeks from the day I placed my order, I was so impressed that I called my sisters to brag. I cannot wait to wear this dress at my wedding, and am DEFINITELY ordering more clothing from you. Thank you dressfirm!

I ordered the "MagicV-NeckMermaid" dress. First, the website pretends they are from UK, but they are not. The dresses are delivered from Singapure, which means high customs fee. Regarding Germany, you I had to pay 40% on top of the price for the dress. And dressfirm doesn`t care about the lead time for the delivery going through the customs inspection. So my dress came late. In the end, it would have been the better choice to buy a more expensive dress at a local shop. Folks, fiorget dressfirm!

We paid extra for a custom-size, very, very pale pink beautiful prom dress for my daughter. It arrived in three weeks, making us a little doubtful that it had actually been custom sized. We had also specifically asked if the color swatch was accurate... it was not. The pale, pale pink dress we ordered, came in a bright bubble-gum pink, and looked cheap and mass produced, not to mention that the sizing was off by multiple inches. Tried to get a refund because the color was so misrepresented, but once the transaction is complete, good luck getting a reply. Would NEVER recommend DressFirm.

I purchased a dress from DressFirm. I had it customized to my size and to say the least, it was horrible. I am normally a size 8. I received the dress in a 12, with the measurements not even being correct. I contacted the company multiple times but their response "sorry, we do not accept returns". What kind of company is this? I even had my tailer confirm my measurements and she had the tailoring was horrible on this. Why should I pay again to have it tailored when this was their job to begin with...

They say they will allow returns and then won't give you the return label to process, effectively highjacking your money. Very sleezy outfit.

I ended up deciding to get a dress custom made, online because I have a very defined hourglass shape. I had high expectation for dressfirm and the dress was well worth it. I fell in love with the dress the moment I saw it online, when I finally decided to order it I chose Jade color, which is almost a turquoise and well. Its my perfect Prom Dress:)
I recomend getting it custom fitted and if youre ordering from Canada the duties is almost 100$ but even then, its well worth it. Deffinetly the most gorgeous dress ive seen compared to the ones in stores and the price (with shipping and duties) compares to a cheap prom dress you'd get in stores.

Do not order from Dressfirm.co. Dress came, did not look AT ALL as promised by photos. No return address to send it back. No response to emails sent. They just take your money and that is that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered three of these dresses in Burgundy for my bridesmaids - they have arrived just 3 weeks after ordering and I can't say how happy I am with them, they are just beautiful! Gorgeous colour, stunning material, professionally made... there are not enough adjectives to express how lovely they are! We had tried on dresses in bridal shops in the UK (in the same fabric, chiffon) and knew what we were lookiing for - these are everything we could have hoped for and a lot, lot more! I ordered a chiffon dress, it came late and was a giant saggy bathing suit. Literally looked like a burkini and absolutely nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, they would absolutely not take a return. NEVER. AGAIN.

Did not receive dress on date as promised. Had to borrow a dress. Nightmare.

Do not buy from DressFirm.com. Once they get you money you will not hear from them again. I bought a dress from them and it was not as pictured. It was way too long. I emailed them multiple times and they would not respond. They simple ignored me.

Cheap made-in-China Dress/clothing copying Website. These sites claim to be Tailors which they are not. The dress is poor and cheap quality and their return policy is Zero. Bad sewing with cuts in the appliqués. I sent pictures which shows the cuts but they didn't respond. The dress is completely unlike the picture of the dress. It is waist of money.

Ordered a dress and paid extra to have them tailor make and the dress came 10 inches too small. They told me to take to my local tailor shop. LOL the local tailor shop can not add 10 inches to a $200 dress.

I ordered my wedding dress from Dressfirm.co. My dress arrived yesterday, earlier than when I was expecting it to arrive. I love the dress. After reading the reviews, I had a lot of anxiety about the quality and the sizing. Horror stories read kept me up at night. If you are honest about your measurements, then there is no reason to worry. You can not expect to get a dress that would be worth $1000 in a bridal shop, and you only pay $150 online through DressFirm, to be 100% perfect. I expected there to be some things I would have to sacrifice or perhaps have to alter. In my case, no altering required and I will sleep tonight knowing all is good and that I have a wedding dress for a fraction of the cost. Money well spent.

Well I received my dress thinking it would be just like the picture on the model, well be hold Not! The dress didn't come with the scarf or the brooch on the side of the dress... Now I have to go out try to match the color for a scarf and get a brooch... I wanted to be stress free before my son wedding day... They need a phone number in customer service to call and talk to a live person instead you only have email to communicate... Not good for me

Stay away from this vendor.
We ordered a dress, and found that the zipper would not zip. The way it was sewn in, it was impossible to zip. It was obviously never tested before it shipped.
We reported this in an attempt to exchange the dress. However, they have a period of only SEVEN days allowed to make your case - and they demand you make a VIDEO of the problem and send it to them. We missed the seven day deadline, and they told us, too bad.
I would not trust them.

I abosutely love this dress, The quality is amazing i got this dress in blue and the colour was beautiful. It was very fast shipping it arrived like in a few days. Defintely recoommend this website and will defintely be reprurchasing on this website. Thank you DressFirm. dressfrim.com is one of my favorite online shopping site. Their service on very good, and they have enriched collection of different quality products at moderate price. Last year I bought a prom dress and it was pretty cool. The shipment service is also quite satisfactory.

I ordered the dress only 10 days prior to the event I was going to attend. I got the dress right on time after speaking with DressFirm.co representatives. The dress is beautiful, The only thing that I had to alter was the length because it was too long, but other than that it was great :)

Why is there not a phone number on the website for I can talk to a person concerning the dress I want to order?
