I purchased a perfume, received a fake. They said that if i returned it I would get a refund. Did so and of course I have lost £42. Do not use this website. I wish there was a way to take this further. Infuriating!

I ordered Gloria Cacharel from scent mall in Bulgaria 2 weeks ago, got sent a bottle of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, contacted them and was told to return item to them, I did at a cost of nearly £10 ! I ordered a second bottle for a xmas pressie then found the site with all the reviews about the company and was too late to cancel order.. Im so annoyed. the website looks very professional and I couldnt see any bad press on google when I typed in 'scent mall'. Ive now lost £80 in total and will probably get sent another fake bottle of perfume, but not gloria. what can we do to get our money back, who can help us.. this is the first bad company I have used on the internet. Please dont loose money like I have. stay well away from Scent Mall in Bulgaria..!!!!

do not under any circumstances use this website you will get nothing for your hard earned cash. they are run from Bulgaria by Radi Neydev.steer clear of anything with his name in it. fraudulent website and should be closed down.
