This is pretty much after the fact, but... not a hoax. The girl in question ('Tania') is a web porn star that lives in Belgium. They still haven't figured out transportation for the virgins yet (plane fare is cheaper these days, but not free) since she prefers to do the deed in her home town, but some of the 'performances' have already taken place.

The only real issue I have with it is that I'm not 100% convinced that Net Neutrality is the awesome thing people say it is. It sounds like socialism to me, of the non-enlightened reactionary kind. The actual technological issues behind maintaining 'equal' access to content in the face of ever-expanding bitstreams are quite challenging, from what I know about networking technologies, although those aren't going to be crisis issues for at least another decade. Then again, there are valid points being made from both sides of the issue.
