I have attempted to contact this company so that I may cancel my monthly subscription. The phone number they give (I have tried several different ones), does not go anywhere. It keeps telling me to send any questions by way of email. I am still waiting for a reply. Do not order from this company if ever plan on canceling your subscription in the future!

They think a bully stick is a hollow rolled up piece of skin I can easily break in half with my hands, my dogs eat them before I close the bag and put it away. That is a horrible value at $1.00 each. Impossible to talk to a CS rep-yes they have phone numbers to call but they all direct you to use the internet contact, then they don't respond, they won't take returns no matter how unhappy you are-buy anywhere else.

I ordered a monthly prescription for chews for my dog. They sent me 2 (4.6 oz.) of skewers, same exact product. That is all. But the reason I am saying stay away is that their products they sent me are made in China. Do not buy products for your pet made in China. Ask your vet, they can make your dog very sick or cause great harm.

I have had subscriptions for a couple of products for many years. When my needs changed, I tried to make changes to the quantities. They were unable to simply change the quantity correctly. Then they shipped a large quantity of an item that I had asked to reduce. It has taken nearly two months to get a prepaid return shipping label!

They do not answer the phone number listed on the site or the shipping paperwork. You can only contact them by email. It can take several days to get an actual response from a live person. Responses are no better than the service I got when I first began to make the change.

I bought a box for my dog she is large, I know 100% that I requested a large size chew box because I don't want her to choke on small size chews. They're system changed it to small and now they're telling me there's nothing they can do? So I have to wait to receive the unwanted item, ship them back with my own money, and only get store credit? I want my money back in my bank account! Don't waste your time here!

So sad to see these reviews. I used to buy from Doggyloot about 2 years ago but stopped buying as their prices went up so much. They used to have great prices and great product. I'm sorry to see they've continued to go down hill..

Toby received his first looteebootee box the other day. He didn't care for the toy (a rubber tube looking thing with a rope going through it. It had no squeaker). There was also two bags of treats. One was 3" tendon bites, which he wanted no part of. The other bag was something like chicken strips (he hasn't tried those yet). I contacted customer service to see if I could get the items replaced with something else. I was basically told a flat out, "No, we can not do that." I'm sorry but if a company does not or will not stand behind their products and have satisfied customers (human and / or dog), Toby and I will not buy from them.

Tip for consumers:
Run!!!!

I just recently made my first purchase with Doggyloot.com. I ordered some amazingly priced dog tug toys (the kind you play tug of war with). Well, when the order arrived, one of the toys had been broken. The broken area was inside the fabric that connected the two tug pieces, and didn't come apart until I pulled it out of the package (meaning the company didn't throw pieces of a toy in a bag and call it good lol). I wrote to Doggyloot that day and tbh I wasn't expecting much. I had just had a bad experience with Petco taking months to ship an order, then promising a refund (4 different times) when it was never shipped, but never refunding me. Well, I was very shocked to receive an email almost immediately from a very nice person named Hannah who apologizes and promised to ship me out a new toy immediately. I was impressed with how quickly this company responded and with an immediate solution. They have earned a customer. I have always said that you cannot measure the worth of a company, until there is an issue to be resolved, then the company's true colors show! Well, I like Doggyloot.com's true colors :) They get an A+ from me!

I used to like Doggyloot and had ordered many items from them. But my recent experiences with them have not been good. I received a gift certificate and have not been able to use it. The certificate says "To redeem your gift certificate, please visit www.doggyloot.com/redemption". But going to that site just gave me the message "404. File Not Found". So I tried ordering online, but could not find any place to enter the certificate number. I called their number (*******081) and got the message "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." (I called around 9:30 a.m. on a Thursday, and their site says their hours are 9-5:30 Monday through Friday.) Is this company still in business?

I previously wrote a five-star review of DoggyLoot. We had been customers for years and had a few subscriptions with them.
Doggyloot changed ownership at some point, and the accuracy of the shipments declined, customer service declined, and then they started charging me for shipping to Alaskaafter years of giving me the free shipping they advertise. Nowhere on their site does it indicate that Alaska isn't treated like the other states in the continental US, but all the sudden they started charging shipping. I called to talk to someone, and the customer service just wasn't what it used to be. The fact that I had received free shipping on all my orders for the years I had been shopping with them made no difference at all; I was told that I would have to pay shipping because I'm in Alaska. You would think with such a major policy change that they might have communicated this to a regular customer rather than just surprising me with shipping charges. Well, they lost a customer. I'm sorry they changed ownership, I'm sorry they changed their policies, and I'm sorry that their customer service isn't what it used to be.

Horrible customer service. Not sure what has happened to this company as I have used them in the past without issue. Placed an order on the 7th of January. Called starting on the 12th as I couldn't see that it had shipped. Had Laura make excuses that it was FED EX that had lost the package but in reality it had never made it to them. They let that go on for the entire week even when I explained that I needed the package to arrive to me by the 21st as I had a deadline to ship it off for a gift. Finally on Friday, the 16th they said they said another package was already on it's way but they couldn't give me any tracking info on this package either. I told them if it had shipped there would be tracking info so that it must not have shipped and could they please send it 2 day so I could get it by the 21st. They assured me it would arrive by the 21st and said I would get a tracking email on Saturday. Fat chance as they are closed on Saturday and when I called Monday because I still had no info they told me that it had shipped on Saturday (another lie). The package is scheduled to be delivered on the 24th... too late for my needs. Never again will I use this company. I feel like it is run out of someone's garage and their management team (Richard) is about as unprofessional as they come.

Just received first box and am very disappointed. Ordered medium size which is starting at 20 pounds and received a teenie small ball with marks already on it (very weird), a cookie and some treats that are super hard sticks. This would have cost at the most $6-$8 Sad face for sure! Will go back to Barkbox as they have high quality.

I am disabled, which means I am no longer able to drive. Online ordering is very important to me. That being said... I starred ordering from Doggyloot in January of 2015. It is now September. Since July, the service has taken a real turn for the worst. I have e-mailed them, and called them. Same answer as the previous reviewer. This time they blamed it on DHL, and they are shipping it out again. My research has told me that the company was bought out earlier this year. It became obvious to me a few months ago. The packaging of my shipments has become very sloppy, and the shipments themselves are unreliable. I really hope things improve. I don't want to have to find another online supplier.
