This was my first order with this company. I ordered a Christmas stocking for our dog. Although they disclosed in their shipping guidelines that I may not get my order in time for the holiday, (I had ordered it the week before Christmas) I not only got it before Christmas but got it in just a few days even with personalization! Super fast. The fabric and color of the stocking was exactly like the photo. The embroidering was beautiful and perfect and I am picky. I was so impressed I sent an email to Mark and he got right back to me. This is a great company. I will definitely bookmark this site for future dog needs.
Stay away from this company. They do not have phone customer service and the customer service is non existent. I placed an order then over a week went by without a shipment confirmation or hearing anything from them. I finally emailed them and was told there was an issue with the company that made the piece and the shipment was delayed. I told the owner that Amazon could get me the piece second day. He didn't have an answer for me. He did not want to do the right thing at all and just refunded my money without asking me. Do not waste your time with these people. If I could leave zero stars I would!

My wife picked out some gifts she wanted, well that her 3, yes 3 cats wanted. So I ended up calling Mark, the owner. He helped me pick out 3 cat beds that were popular sellers on his site. Well the cats love them. Not sure why they need beds, I mean don't cats sleep anywhere? Anyway, he was helpful and I received the cat beds within 5 days.
