I had to order by phone, as the online website froze twice towards the end of the transaction.
When I hadn't received a confirmation email after an hour, I called their 1300 number, the call centre person said he sent it again, no result.
4 hours later I called again, when I mentioned that I'd sent an email expressing my annoyance, they hung up on me. I tried again, no answer.
Tried from a different phone, checked they had my correct email address, then cancelled the order.
Now contacting the bank to block that order.

I used this service twice. I can't say that I'm totally satisfied or unsatisfied with it. I bought some products for my dog and the price was higher than at the another site.

As the name suggest they do offer discounted prices and discounts coupons, which gives you extra discount. Have used them thrice and have found their services to be satisfactory will continue using them.

I received damaged products and I complaint get the order replaced. I received the new order in a week and the whole process was smooth. Thumbs up!
