What can this is a sad one off situation and not the fault of the site ive used this site for years to both to advertise my van and many of my friends and have helped many people out in your situation by scammers or even double bookers with no scrouples but bev and dean can not be held responsible for the actions of otheres they do an excellent job and run an excellent site you should have took your case up with reception thx niel brown
