Purchased an item on June 29,2011, waited 10 days(7/09/2011) before I called to find out where my item was, I either received nothing but a recording or was hung up on more than one time, when I finally did speak to someone I was told it was shipped on 6/29/11 but DHP had no record of this(tracking number nor carrier) after disputing this with the rep from DHP I was told it was sent today via "Overnight" shipping, well needles to say I have still not receive the item I paid for, and have gotten nothing but the "run around". Buyer Beware!
