Will always choose this legal team. No one better! Got right to work. Hard to find people this good! Excellent results and great service from John. Took the time to explain things and work with me.
I too am a victim of this scam site. I bought vouchers for makeup and hair, in which the company first said they would do it for my bridesmaids. Then last moment they backed out. Deal ticker said they can't give me a refund but only give me credit. And now deal ticker has disappeared off the map and still owe me $60.

I too have multiple outstanding orders from the early part of LAST YEAR 2114. It is ridiculous. Every time I would email them, they would blow me off and say to give it more time. Now the site is down. I would DEFINITELY be in on a Class Action Law Suit against Deal Ticker with anyone who wants to do one for U.S. citizens! Just let me know.
Ordered Maxim magazine subscription for my brother and my husband through Dealticker. My brother got his but my husband did not. I emailed support, they got back to me within 24hrs and forwarded me over to the merchant who fixed the issue and we got the magazine within a couple of weeks. I found customer service really helpful and would definitely recommend this site! (Obviously the guys are happy with the magazine!)
Hi everyone, Dealticker never delivered my order either, it has been one year now... I called the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services *******768 and reported them. The lady there told me that if I can get enough people to call and complain about Dealticker, then they can pursue it and attempt to go after them. So please guys call the ministry and tell them your story. We all feel ripped off and deserve to get our $$ back!
I would join in on a class-action lawsuit if others express interest in this thread. We could start some e-mail communications and start researching how to get the suit started.
DT (appropriate initials) was refunding some people's money, those who contacted Toronto media. Google DealTicker Toronto Globalnews to read about and see video of the former owner attempting to answer reporters' questions.
Tip for consumers:
Post interest in joining a class-action suit, then we'll get that ball rolling
Purchased sunglasses that never arrived. Finally got a hold of them through email only. Deal ticker said the glasses are no longer available and that i can get a full refund. Thats 8 months ago. No refund yet. Followed up again and now they are saying I can not get refund, are you f... serious. It was left that she would look into it further. Still waiting 2 weeks later
I am going to the news to voice my concerns
Complete SCAM! They will never ship your product. I order 3 different things over 4 months ago and every 2 days the products says - Deal ends in 2 days. The deal will never end. Carolyn Su at Dealticker says that Management wants to ensure all customers get a chance to order... come on after 4 months. Honor what you have sold and taken money for and re-offer the product if that is a the case. Do not order from here - you will NOT get your product!
Ordered two bracelets 8/13/13 - after 6 weeks contacted them and allegedly there was an issue with the vendor. Two weeks later, vendor responded asking for my address to expedite delivery. Waited - nothing, including no response to e-mail. It has now been 245 days and I get nothing more than an automated response to daily e-mail saying I will be contacted. No product, no repsonse, no customer service, no refund. Don't buy from these people.
Has anyone been to their hard address in Toronto? I have three (3) outstanding orders dating back to Jan 4th /14 $18.95 Jan 18th/14 $20.95 and Feb 13th/14 $30.95. I was in constant contact with their "support agents" and was given the same run around that I should be patient... well it's approaching a year now. They have stopped corresponding with me now. I don't want them to get away with ripping us all off!
Tip for consumers:
Don't step in it!!!
I bought several McDonald gift cards from Deal Ticker. I spent $35 to get $50 worth of food. Then a long time later, they sent me a note saying that this deal wasn't going to work out and asked if I would like a credit or a refund. I have tried to communicate with them now through e-mail on 5 different occasions and will not respond. There is no phone number. So basically, they ran away with my money. I will take this further.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company!!!
I ordered 5 products from them on March 14 and have yet to get them. Furthermore, my account seems to be non-existent. I wonder if we can get a class-action lawsuit against them with all parties involved. I am going to contact my lawyer regarding this and the options available as I believe this would be a slam dunk case and their refund policy could be easily squashed due to customers not receiving their product and scammed. I think this would be fraud, yes?
I bought a pair of touch screen gloves to get me through the winter. They were great. I've used them all winter and they come in really handy when I have to wait for the bus. I haven't had any bad experiences with this site. I am definitely going to buy another pair for next winter. -Les
I think this company is a scam. I ordered things 2 months ago and still have not received anything to confirm that any of my orders have been shipped. When I emailed deal ticker they informed me that it is out of their hands and up to the merchant as they are a third party company. I wish I would've read reviews before ordering from this company as everyone states that they're a scam and have not received orders from months and months ago.
Awful compny o deal with. They take your money right away when you order something, then take months to deliver the product. The stuff I ordered was garbage anyway. I eventually filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against Dealticker. I get spam from them daily, and requests to close my account are ignored. If you buy something from them, be prepare to be severely disappointed.
My experience is the exact same as everyone else's. Ordered items, waited months with no deliveries, emailed them so many times, finally after 7 months I got a credit, used the credit along with my credit card for shipping charges because the credit can't be used for shipping, still haven't received product 2 months later.
Does anyone know about taking legal action against them? If so, please include me. My email is *******@Yahoo.ca
I ordered 2 sets of 3 motion sensor lights@ $12 per set. 6 weeks later I received 2 lights of the six from China with Chinese instructions. These two light don't work. The other 4 lights never showed. You can't talk to anyone at DealTicker as their complaints are only taken by email. The company is Canadian, supposedly, but I suspect it is actually located in a 3rd world country, where scamming is easier and there is not recourse for us hapless consumers. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
Scam! Never ever received ANY of the goods. I waited at least 6 weeks as indicated on the order for the goods to arrive. Emailed them and got no response for 4 business day and then got the same old generic response goods are on their way. Not true, still nothing. Emailed again a week later Nd got same generic response, goods on their way. I emailed agin asking for money back and no response, it has been 8 days since my last email to them. Obviously a scam and I discourage anyone from ordering anything from them. Let this company die!
I had a few successful orders through this site and then last summer (yes over 8 months ago) i ordered a product and it never came. I waited 3 months and emailed. They said they would look into it. I emailed again, they said they had to check into sending a refund. I waited again and sent another email, still no refund and no product. It is now 8 months later and i still haven't received anything. It is very unfortunate because it started out as a good site...
Will always choose this legal team. No one better!
Got right to work. Hard to find people this good!
Excellent results and great service from John.

I live in Toronto & shortly after reading Dan N.'s review, I thought I'd see where Dealticker is located and ask about getting my money back. When I went online to find an address, I found 3! The first was 5000 Yonge St. Suite 1901 there "Head Office." So I checked and there is no Suite 1901 or Dealticker. 2nd address was 1183 Finch Avenue West, also no Dealticker. 3rd address was 37 Kodiak Crescent in North York. This was months ago so I am not sure if they are still there. I was unsuccessful at getting my hard earned money back, but I'm one man against a team of cons. I hope this helps someone, good luck!
Tip for consumers:
It's a con. a scam, they're criminals! They know what they're doing. You won't get your money from them unless you can con a con. So contact your credit card company.
It's been over SIX weeks and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed the help desk, and after 2 weeks they responded saying that I need to allow 4-6 weeks for the products to arrive. It's been over 6 weeks from when the deal ended and I haven't received what I've paid for.
Terrible experience and I will absolutely not be ordering from them again. THIS IS A SCAM.
I really wish I would've read reviews before I placed my order with them. I never received my products. After several emails, they said they would refund my money. I still don't have a refund-it is supposedly in the "Refund Queue". Does anyone know who you can report these people to? It's been so long that I don't think my credit card will help.
If there's a zero star I'd choose it for this company. After several attempts at having my defective orders replaced, I figured to cut my losses and totally unsubscribe from their mailing list. After three unsubscription attempts later, I'm still getting emails from them! F!#@CK THEM! I've had enough of this worthless dealticker site! I hope someone would find these complaints here before they ever sign up for this money grabbing lowlifes.
Orders take months to arrive (if they arrive at all). Customer service it the WORST! I've been harassing them since October trying to get my money back for items that I ordered and have NEVER RECEIVED! Is there somewhere a person can file a report against these scheisters?
Absolute crap. For some reason i didn't listen to others reviews and thought my order would be fine. I'm having the exact same problem as everyone else. It's been 9 weeks and my order has not shipped, it just says "processing" i have emailed 6 times, and when i try to call the only phone number listed is out of service.
They have already charged me for my order and it's complete bs that it's been 9 weeks and I haven't even had a response back from anyone. Someone seriously take this company down. They're a bunch of worthless $#*!s who are stealing peoples money. Get fu*king real jobs you fu*king scammers.
DO. NOT. BUY... ANNYYTHING!
