Dreadful, had to chase them from beginning to end. When we suggested pulling out we were threatened with COURT ACTION. Guy that showed up to fit doors had little or no knowledge of what he was doing. Arrogant. Left doors unsafe and incomplete. Never returned phone\text messages.
Once they took money NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. Have refused to return unless we sign a letter to agree to pay them further monies

I know, especially as to day I have had an independent report done and there are so may faults that i wouldn't even have known about had they come back and corrected the safety manual override handle, which is necessary in the event of a power cut or a fire. This company are not at all professional. If any body is considering using them don't
