I purchased a wedding set online. Not only did Daniels jewelry honor a coupon I left off of my order, they had my ring delivered by the promised date and it is absolutely gorgeous. Their customer service has responded to every single email I have sent within 24 business hours. I have sent several. They also approved my credit and the payments are quite reasonable. The ring came with very detailed instructions if I wanted to return the item.

Just letting you know that I went to your Buena Park Store today and I was totally disatisfied with one of your salespersons. Queenie was extremely pushy. Bugged me 7 or 8 times to buy a watch and I kept telling her no no no and she wouldn't take no for an answer. Very poor pushy service which I didn't appreciate. I will never go to Daniels Jewelers in Buena Park ever again. They get none of my business. I Would give 0 stars if I could. Very pushy poor forceful service like a used car lot.

Just letting you know that I went to your Buena Park Store today and I was totally disatisfied with one of your salespersons. Queenie was extremely pushy. The ring is gorgeous. But the diamond tennis bracelet has been repaired two times and it's still broken. The last jeweler Repair at Daniels did a sloppy job. I can't even close the class. I've been able to wear that bracelet two times and the last two years you put it on it breaks what do you say about that Daniels jeweler, that was not a quality bracelet that you sold us. We purchased the Insurance for the jewelry that we purchased but what good is it if the jewelry repair person is bad, right.

Products used:
Bracelet has had to be repaired 2 times the 2nd time. It was just a sloppy job the bracelet. This is not an alignment so the curves are off and you cannot close the class it won’t go in. I would like a new bracelet not to have it repaired again and again and again, but they will not do that.

Wonderful customer service! The store manager Michael put in work to help me find my perfect wedding ring. It wasn't easy and it took awhile but he kept me updated and didn't stop trying until he found something I liked. All of the employees are very kind and & welcoming.

Charged for sizing a ring, sales associate charges for 1.5 grams gold to be added to a ring to be resized. When we picked up the ring it was clearly stretched and thinned out. The associate delivering the ring to us was not the same as who took it, she did not care and hardly checked. Ripped off.

I encourage everyone who ever decide to go to this place for business deeply reconsider spending your time or money. I'm a well known Coach in this area of Newark and Fremont. I'm also the president of the only little league program in this area that feeds into every highschool in Fremont and also Newark. I help at risk kids to find a better way. Just a little of my background. I had problems since the start of this agreement. They ran my credit multiple times and had to call the corporate manager to correct it. In two months of a purchase a diamond came out of my wife's ring. They neglected the fact of telling me that if there's no added coverage then I'm on my own with the wedding set. The lady that help me with the purchase was inexperienced in assistance. So now I'm left with a bill 2 months later. I urge you to make sure you cover every question when dealing with this business. The worse jeweler ever.
The product I bought from them was of very poor quality and the lock got broken they never have the item replaced and they never recommended a local jewelry that may assist with the fixing
I really dont understand how such a bad company could be in business for over 70 years

I took two watches in to get the batteries replaced. When I went to pick up the watches one of them had a broken crystal. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. In fact, the person who may have been the manager was rude. I happy that I didn't purchase the ring that I planned to by there.

Bought a $2000.00 Bracelet that I have had to have repaired 5 times. The first time I wore it the thing broke. Daniels wanted me to pay them to repair it, this was one week after it was bought.

I recently purchased a bracelet and it was so small it rip I lost it.then I got two gold necklace and it's been a night mare both of them got Tangled and I only got to use it once before they got Tangled together it's been a month and have not been able to unknott them this is rediculous they way to thin like pieces of sowing string not like the picture I'm so mad because I can't untangle this $#*!

Honestly what kills you is the interest charges nd they dnt even tell u this so if your payment it's 56$ u end up paying 65$ no mames they be jacking money from u( I rather do buy cash) worst experience ever

I bought a ring for $500 and and had it sized up from 7 to 9. Was told they added gold, extra $150 to it but so the total $688. It turns that they do not weigh gold to show you if they honestly added gold during resizing or if they melt gold and take it out to cheat you, some places do that. Also the woman put me on credit while I said I can pay cash and insisted that I use credit and made me apply for cash credit. Moral of the story do not resize a ring at Daniel's store it is a bad experience inside the store and you can get it cheaper at other jewelry stores that will do it free with purchase. Also I would buy on the website if they have what you are looking for because they do not honor website prices. They are not reputable with gold like family jewelry shops because they do not buy gold. They do not have a gold scale either so I would not come here if you are looking for quality gold jewelry.

Tip for consumers:
Call around jewelry shops to get a quote for resizing instead of paying $150 like I did. Buy on websites the correct size and do not resize in stores.

Products used:
1/4 carat diamond 10kt gold white gold ring. Size to 9 . Unnecessary $150 resizing of ring and no proof of adding extra gold by the sales consultant. Beautiful unique design of ring just not happy with paying $150 for resizing and you can go to family jewelry stores that will weigh gold in front of you and will resize around $60.

I came into Daniels Jeweler's last January for a pair of sapphire stud earrings in 14kg. They had what I was looking for and was very pleased
With my purchase. I was just there again last week for emerald stud in 14kg. They had to order. Came in on time and are beautiful. The sales person was very nice and helpful. I would do business in there again.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
My boyfriend and I were shopping one day and we came across this ring at Daniel's which was absolutely GORGEOUS. While we were in the store the sales person Mary told us that the jewelry was buy one get one free if we wanted to purchase the ring. We did not purchase it yet but the deal would continue for a few more days. My boyfriend went in on December 1st to purchase the ring while the promotion was still active. When he got there he was told by Mary that she explained the deal wrong the first time and that the ring we were looking at was not included in that promotion unless it was bought and paid for in full (without the current sale price). He bought the ring regardless. I received the ring for Christmas and it was even prettier than I remembered. I brought it to Daniel's on December 26th to submit it for sizing. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, January 1. I got a call on the 28th from Sharine informing me that they did not realize the ring was rose gold plated and that they didn't have the plating they needed, but the ring would be ready on Saturday January 11th instead. I was upset but fine, I could wait a week. I get a call on December 30th that I missed from Daniel's, and had a voicemail, the girl who called did NOT leave her name but called to tell me that it would be ready on Wednesday the 1st around 3 pm. On Wednesday I went to Daniel's to be told by Sharine that the ring would once more not be ready until the 11th, that they didn't realize it was plated and that while the ring was now sized it was not plated and that was the cause of delay. At this point I'm frustrated but it is what it is I will wait. I get a call yesterday January 3rd and told my ring will be ready this Saturday. Great! It's a week early! I call this afternoon January 4th at 12:56 pm and give my name again and ask what time i can pick up the ring and I'm told the ring should be in by 3 pm. I get a call back at around 1:30pm being told that I was told the ring wouldnt be in until the 11th. This is when I lost it.

I ask why it's so disorganized and when can i get my ring! From here the employees behavior is outrageous. Sharine tells me WITH attitude that she TOLD me that it would be ready on the 11th and she doesnt know who i talked to but they gave me the wrong information. I hang up and i'm seething at this point. I want recourse so I call back and ask the phone number for their General Manager. I am told that they are not allowed to give me his number. I tell them that thats B. S. they then begin obstructing my ability to not only speak to a manager (who is apparently on vacation) but to get the general managers' information as well It turns in to a shouting match. I then ask for the names of the employees there, at first they refuse to give me names I told them I can comedown in person and get the names myself and find the General Managers phone number myself. I finally get names and then I ask who sold me the ring, up until this point all they needed was my name when i called in. They then start to pretend that they don't know who i am. They ask if i purchased the ring and so i grabbed my boyfriend who was standing there and he gives them his information, they claim they dont have a record of the transaction and i need a receipt number for them to help me. I get the receipt number and they ask how it was paid for we said by credit card and they try to tell me they have no record of the purchase. I tell them I'm looking at the credit card receipt and that they DO have record. She then starts arguing with me that it was a cash transaction. After a few minutes she says "oh here it is it was marked as a cash transaction because it wasn't financed *again not my problem* I FINALLY get the names and tell them this needs to be fixed. I ask how this even happened at which point Sharine tells me that their jeweler (who is in north county) does not have the equipment to replate it and has to get the plating and thats the hold up. I asked WHY in the world they would send my ring to a Jeweler who doesn't have the tools to fix my ring! We go back and forth for a bit and finally i am given these options:
1. I have no choice but to wait until next saturday
2. They will exchange the ring for another ring which I would then have to drive to Parkway Plaza (their sister store) and give it to them myself and have them size it and get it back by Monday because their jeweler has all the tools they need.
3. they get my ring from the jeweler by wednesday and i would have to take it to another jeweler and pay for them to fix the ring (out of my own pocket)
4. I just return the ring and get a full refund.
I ask why i simply cant go and pick up my ring from the jeweler or why they cant have it brought down and handed to their other store who can fix it and they say "thats not how we do it"

Now they have my ring for ransom, i have little to no recourse and i still have to wait until next saturday because they aren't willing to fix their mistake. NO i dont want some random ring in their window or a replacement ring because its not the one I was gifted by my boyfriend.

The have obstructed me as much as possible so now I will go to every reach of the internet and their customer service to expose their HORRIFIC customer service and their total inability to do fix an issue which they themselves caused.

I ordered a specialty item. Do not order the specialty items! I waited two weeks before I began contacting the company. These flaky used bags have found the ultimate face in the hand customer service by employing voice mail. After calling four numbers and speaking slowly (per recorded request)into the phone while leaving nine messages for someone to call me back regarding my purchase. The numbers I found as a contact for the store are all based out of Inglewood California so I began to wonder if this company was legit or had I just unknowingly ordered from gang banging cartel in support of an illegal drug smuggling ring. I sent five emails. After three weeks passed with no response I'd chalked it up as either 1. They had to travel to the Congo and dig three weeks down to get the damned stone for my specialty item or 2. I'd been scammed. So I called my bank to file a "merchandise not received" claim. Lucky me, a teller at my bank( while researching my claim) finally reached someone at Daniels jewelry and called me on three way so I could speak with the CS! A sweet little uneducated voice was to assist me in locating my order whilst insisting I'd received the order. It was then I'd realize Daniels jewelry must find pay by day hookers off the street to slap headsets on and tell people USPS is to blame for their so called "shipped item." In the end, they held onto a large sum of money for the following ten days after contact before my card was refunded. I'm not throwing up gang signs with any bling ring on my finger. Buyer beware!

Had great customer service from Ashley A off of Thomas rd in Phoenix but I did expect her to show us a diamond tester for the money we've spent and she didn't which isn't her fault just the store police.

Tip for consumers:
Wish they diamond tested like zales but Ashley a was amazing to us.
