Contrary to the negative reviews I have read about this company, my experience with Cymax Customer Service has been excellent. We ordered a Murphy Bed, which arrived damaged. Called Cymax to let them know about the damage. We were put in touch with their Customer Service Agent, Cassandra Schaefer, who handled our issues efficiently and pleasantly. Cassandra had a new bed shipped to us, which arrived quickly, and helped us with removing the broken bed as well. We are very happy with our purchase, and the service, and our thanks to Cassandra for a job well done.

I've purchased a TV Stand from Henn&Hart (Or Cymax, which is the same company) The lid was damaged and some of the screws were missing. Upon contacting them, they failed to communicate with me, refused to deliver the missing pieces and didn't even tell me the dimensions of the screws so I can buy them myself. This is outrageous, customer service is pretty much non existent. Avoid at any cost.

I've purchased a TV Stand from Henn&Hart (Or Cymax, which is the same company)
The lid was damaged and some of the screws were missing. Upon contacting them, they failed to communicate with me, refused to deliver the missing pieces and didn't even tell me the dimensions of the screws so I can buy them myself.

This is outrageous, customer service is pretty much non existent. Avoid at any cost.

I ordered some furniture from Amazon seller Cymax. They made up a tracking number and never shipped anything. I pressed the issue and got a refund through Amazon. I will never order from Cymax Seller again.

Zero customer service. No one answers the phone. Ordered 2 chairs. They charged my credit card. Never delivered them. Avoid at all cost. Tried to write a review on their site and they blocked it.

This is the worst possible scam. They advertised a set of ART FURNITURE white chairs for $550, to be shipped in 1 week. 3 months later they sent 1 brown chair and made me jump through all kind of hoops to return their own mistake, threatening with my money they kept illegally.
I will report their practices to other platforms. DO NOT USE THEM. A COMPLETE SCAM.

I bought a desk 01/25/22. They delivered on 02/09/22 2 out of 4 boxes. There is no customer service person to talk to, they ask you to send an email, but no one answers it and they give yoou the running around. Ive sent so many emails already and they are ignoring me. IT IS A SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company!

There is no costumer service and if you look at their reviews online, they take your money and dont delivery it.

Cymax sent me the wrong color ottoman. They said I could return it for a refund but it would cost me $209. To return it. So what is the point? This is not a fair return policy. Now I'm stuck with an ottoman than doesn't match my chair. I will never order from them again. I recommend looking at Wayfair. They have an amazing return policy.

Pieces didn't quite fit right, pieces were scratched. The instructions were very confusing. I would not buy anything from them.

Don't assemble anything without checking everything. Never did get a hold of anyone to tell them about all the problems with their product. I kept trying. Product is not worth the money I paid.

0 stars. I ordered a table from Amazon with this company and it took a month to tell me it is running late and that if I want a refund I can get one. Got in contact with Cymax and they offered me a discount for the table. I said no and I never heard from them again., The total was over 600 dollars. Luckily Amazon gave me my money back. Please do not order anything from Cymax.,

We will never NEVER do business with this company again. Ordered a couch was promised a delivery date in two week. It took them two weeks to process the order. Today a month later one of three pieces show up the others pending. What does that mean? The price may be tempting but trust me buy somewhere else they will drag you on forever with no answers. See photo guess we could sit on the one ‍

We bought a queen sleeper sofa that has leather in its title but is actually not leather. Sofa is mediocre. We bought sofa more than 6 weeks ago. Sofa was delivered broken, and finally replaced after 5 attempted and failed deliveries. Delivery service described as white glove bronze gets sofa to curb, not to your house and not in your house. Before sofa was delivered, price dropped. Cymax will not give you the lower price. Don't buy from this company.

Amazon should not allow Cymax on their site. I ordered a product off Amazon but now find out I won't be getting the product I paid for because it is Cymax and all they do is steal people's money.

Purchased a dresser through Amazon, then the dresser went on sale, so I re-purchased it at the sale price. I immediately called Amazon to return the more expensive dresser & they said it was from a 3rd party seller, so I'd have to coordinate through that seller. After calling & emailing they offered me a 25% credit to keep the 2nd dresser without addressing my request for return. When I kept pressing about the return since I don't need 2 dressers, they ignored my emails (you can only communicate with them through email btw... big ol red flag for SCAM companies...). Now they're trying to charge me $50 to return the 1st dresser & trying to pretend they didn't offer me 25% off the second so either way I have to pay them EXTRA $$$! Also, NOWHERE did it say anything about having to pay for return shipping when I bought either dresser. So purchase from this company at your own risk & if you do, pray you don't need to contact customer service!

Non-existent customer service.
2 of the items delivered with significant damage, no phone number to call, it takes them weeks to get back to you via email. They provide wrong order statuses and invalid shipping info. Trying to get a refund without any luck at this point

do not order anything that may need a refund, do not order items that don't ship ground shipping

This company is completely corrupt, they take your money immediately then tell you your item has shipped. Weeks later after NO activity on the tracking, you cannot reach them by phone - EVER! Their phone recording says the wait time exceeds their standards and hangsup on you! Their email contact to Customer Service is no better, canned responses, absolutely horrible! Trying to cancel etc., and get your refund is a very long nightmare. NEVER doing business with them again!

Purchased a bar table and 3 chairs through Amazon from Cymax. Arrived, opened and saw minor scrape about 5" across front of table face. Just before Christmas, so after Christmas, reached out to Amazon to send it back. Company wouldn't refund originally until I got Amazon involved. However, they issued a refund, had to fight to get a return label. They would not pay for it. This was a 125lb box and they requested a picture of the damage. The box was repacked and taped. They refused to issue the refund I had to pay, of $297 shipping. The stupid table was only $400. I have been fighting with them and Amazon for over 2 months and no one will do anything.

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase from Amazon through a third party seller. Amazon will not assist.

I ordered a couch through Cymax with estimated delivery being only two weeks away it seemed like a good deal. Fast forward a month and I still have no couch. There is no way to contact them other than email. They respond with vague responses that do not solve anything. I've been on and off the phone with Metropolitan who handles their shipping and that has been a disaster in itself. Overall this has been a terrible experience and I encourage no one to buy from this company. Cymax is an absolute disgrace.

I ordered 4 bar stools which was 2 items since they came as pairs. I received 1 pair but the other item received was a reclining chair. Only way to contact them is by email and claim they will respond in 24 - 48 hours. After a week they gave me another email address which was VP of operations. Still no response. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered a 4-seat tall dining table through Amazon. They failed to deliver and returned only a portion of the money paid saying they were not able to reach me for delivery. They have all my contact info i. E. cell phone, email. They can call, text, email or ring the doorbell, but they did not.
Then, they emailed me the refund notice saying they are billing me for the delivery fee.
I had to fight through Amazon to get the balance.
I would avoid this vendor due to fishy business practice.

I was leery about purchasing from this company due to the reviews, but my experience was excellent. Tables were drop shipped from seller and arrived in perfect condition. Seller replied to sent messages in a timely fashion. I would recommend this seller.

Don’t be afraid of negative reviews. I would guess that unhappy people post more than others.

Ordered reclining loveseat 1/22/2019. Paid for White Glove Service. Single driver arrived with it over a month later and stated they don't do white glove; door only. I sent it back and said I need it white gloved as I needed it delivered to a downstairs room. During this time I sent 16 emails to cymax trying to track shipment. The last email back was on 3/6/2020 Cymax said they would request refund from manufacturer. It's 3/15/2020 and no further word.

I ordered a bed and it was false advertised.

Regardless of that little annoyance, they are charging me a 20% "restocking fee" on my purchase which was not even opened besides one box (out of 4) where I found that it was not what I was expecting. On top of that 20% fee I am expected to pay return shipping. Out of my $500 purchase, I will probably only receive $300 (MAYBE) back. I'll go to a more trusted business.

Ordered a bed, received the product with half the parts missing and damaged. You're not able to speak to anyone over the phone and they haven't responded to email or messages going on 10 days now. Run away from this company!

I cancelled an order from Cymax and received a Cancellation Confirmation email and 5 days later the items were delivered to my home. I have been trying for 2 weeks to return the items and Cymax has Yet to send me a Return Shipping Label. 19 phone calls and numerous emails and I still have the items. This company is terrible and refuses to work with me to get my $500 refund.
