Site is a legitimate web service offering "free domain registration service".

Due to their "free" service they are often used by scammers and spammers to host Fake "throw away" domains/sites used for phishing and scams (they expect them to be quickly closed or shutdown after being reported). There may be some real (legitimate) sites, but I have not seen any!

Visitors viewing a site hosted with "cx.cc" which they received in UCE (Spam Email) or were redirected from another site should use these sites with caution. Do not download any software or click any links on their pages.

These "STOOGE Sites" will sometimes have stupid names as "intoyou.cx.cc". They can be reported through the "cx.cc" site using the "Contact Us" link located at {http://www.registry.cx.cc/contact.php}. They have been very good at deleting any reported sites.
