What are people talking about, I got the most gorgeous Dining Poker Pool Table for 1/4 of the price I would pay for a 1) Pool Table 2) Dining Table 3) Poker Table I got THREE! Things for under $3500, that is a STEAL and definitely worth the wait and every penny I paid. As for their customer service, I was always kept informed and not one email or phone call was not answered. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ALL THE WAY!

I paid for expedited delivery and it still came weeks late. I requested the expediting fee ($900) back and Jessica/Joanna said it would appear on my next statement. It never did. After about 30 calls, I gave up! The pool table was delivered damaged but Cuszoom kept promising but delivered no service or replacements. The installer did a poor job so I tried to call him back out... but he never answered his phone, or responded to voice mails so I was left with a table that, although playable, was never perfect. I hired a lawyer to sue them but nobody could track down a real address and correspondence sent to a PO box was returned. If anyone starts a class action lawsuit, let me know?

I hired a lawyer to sue them but nobody could track down a real address and correspondence sent to a PO box was returned.
If anyone starts a class action lawsuit, let me know?

Terrible experience. Delivered damaged goods, no refund, no replacement, unresponsiveness from "customer service". Total crap, do yourself a favor and dont risk ordering. I mean even if you have a great experience, your odds, based just on the reviews i have read here are 50/50 at best, why bother when there are so many other places to order from.

Sent damaged table, promised replacement in about 2 weeks. After nothing for a month I called them and was again promised delivery in about 2 weeks. Did that again every month for 6 months. I have still never heard from them after about 9 months. Do not do business with this company, EVER!
I am working on legal action at this time. From reading these reviews it does not seem to be too difficult to find witnesses to help prove fraudulent business practices.

We needed to do more research before buying online!

We purchased an in-stock table in late January 2013 with assurance from Joanne that the table, top, and accessories would arrive before March 2013. The in-stock slate arrived the first week of March 2013. Then we found out that the in-stock table was shipped to North Carolina instead of Florida. Several days later, the in-stock table was redirected to us for another delay. But hey, we were happy to see some big boxes finally. VIP delivery and installation was to include delivery into our garage and then clean up of all shipping materials after installation, according to Joanne. Installation team did us a favor by taking the crates, boxes, etc. but explained that they were not paid for this service. Local installation team did a great job assembling and leveling our table. They are in no way associated with cuszoom. We have been emailing and calling about the in-stock table top for over 4 months! Somehow, we have a pool table and accessories, but we can't sit down for a meal yet. We have received several excuses very similar to other posters on this site. Remember, we bought an in-stock table for faster delivery! Excuses include: had to get a new company to make the top; the top is being stained and 3 weeks later we were told it was of poor quality and they are making a new one. We keep wondering if that means growing a tree from seeds! We have received the same story about her supervisor Jessica will call but she never has despite repeated requests. Email responses are getting slower from Joanne and less informative/creative.

Credit card company is currently investigating, while we keep providing them the email traffic and phone call information as proof of our efforts to communicate and resolve the situation.

Avoid Cuszoom and avoid frustration in your purchase. This website and cuszoom's have no positive posts about their product or service since 2010.

I was about ready to place a custom order for one of their pool tables and something just didn't seem right. I noticed that CusZoom has pictures of the Fusion Table on their website and are passing it off as their own Modena Modern dining table. Jessica tried to put the hard sell on me to separate me from my $5K, but I was glad to find this site an save myself a whole bunch of headaches. Looks like I will have to shell out twice as much to get the Fusion Table.

Took us over ten weeks to get it and it looks nothing like the picture. Customer service was hell. Don't buy here!

The worst companies ever, do not buy from them. I have been waiting for my table 5 month and finally canceled my order. Internet scam!

One year after I ordered my table, I am still waiting. They sold me on the custom installer because they swore to me that I couldn't do it myself. The guy showed up with a different table, and miss-matched rails. He spilled glue all over the felt and now nobody will return my calls or emails. I think they have gone out of business, because they have left me hanging. They are a scam.

Cuszoom should be shut down. The pool tables are over priced for the quality. They charge the customer for installation then contract through a local company. Now not only did the customer pay more for both the table and the install, he is also liable for the installation he already paid cuszoom because they refuse to pay. Buying local would have saved this customer over $1,000 and an 8 month wait. If you want to pay more than the table is worth and wait longer than you should have to for delivery then by all means pick this terrible company.

I saw a redflag when I read this in the about us portion of website for cuszoom pooltables "We have over 50 years of experience in the online game room furniture business, we know what works and how we can get you the most quality product at the lowest price." I guess that the started business when Al Gore invented teh internet 50 years ago." Then I researched cuszoom on this review website. Glad I did, there is no excuse for a company with such poor quality and service. I will not order from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM CUS ZOOM. Our pool table NEVER arrived. They said it takes 14-16 wks for shipment, but we had to call at the 22nd week to see what was going on. It took "Joanne" one week to write back to us via e-mail. She responds saying the pool table manufacturer was not responding to her. We tell her we need to cancel the order. She immediately writes us back saying its in the manufacturer's shop waiting for the finish to dry! Our pool table we order was brushed aluminium, so there is NO finish to wait for drying! Obviously, she was making up a story so that she could keep our money. We end up calling our credit card company to dispute a charge because we never received goods. She disputes saying that good were sent. Then, a month later, she emails us a receipt for ANOTHER PURCHASE! Again, we had to call the credit card company, cancel the card, and send evidence that we did not make another order.

This is still an ongoing battle with Cus Zoom and the $4,000+ we still need to get back. This is obviously a well run fraudulent business ran out of "Joanne's" trailer park mobile home. She is changing her name identity (previously she was "Jessica") with different customers to make it seem like there are other employees.

The lesson we learned here is that when it's too good to be true, its not true. Do your research about online companies, because Cus Zoom is just one of many fraudulent businesses. We ended up buying a pool table from a local shop, and it was built and shipped in the Olhausen factory in a matter of 4 weeks.

Buyer beware! Our pool table arrived damaged and after 1.25 years, we are still waiting to receive replacment parts (which is probably never going to happen!). Don't believe anything you see on their website. As a former customer, some of the things I see on their website are simply laughable – or in my case, infuriating!

• "FREE Shipping – FAST!" – Okay, yes, the shipping may be free but you'll pay dearly in the wait time! We ordered our pool table in early August 2010 and PAID IN FULL at the time of ordering. It was listed as "In stock – Next Day Shipping". Well, one month goes by and we hear nothing. So we call to find out what happened and are told that there was a mistake and it will actually be another 6 weeks before our table is available for shipping. Fine. We wait 6 weeks and again, nothing shows up. We call again and are told that there was a delay and that it is coming in the NEXT shipment which means another 6-8 weeks and pushes the delivery time out to around Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving comes and goes and still no pool table. Maybe by Christmas? Not! After many phone calls and more waiting, at last, the pool table is finally delivered (damaged) in January 2011.
• "FREE Deluxe Accessory Kit" – You get a kit, but it is far from deluxe. The wall rack that came was bright yellow (yes, yellow!) painted wood that was probably overstocked inventory that no one else wanted and it is the style that can be bought for $11 at Sears (but Sears probably has better colors). Pool cues were cheap and not straight or balanced.
• "HIGHEST Quality" – We bought the Modena Dining/Poker Pool Table. All the pieces to our table were damaged. We were told that prior to shipping to the customer, each table is thoroughly inspected by Cuszoom. The aluminum legs were all dented in several places, the dining table top was warped and bowed in the middle of the table, the dining table top also had a 2 inch crack on the top surface, the felt on the poker inserts were ripped and the poker inserts themselves were completely warped and would not lay flat on the table. For all of these issues, we are still to this day (April 2012) trying to get replacement parts from Cuszoom.
• "BEST Customer Service" – After dealing with Cuszoom over the last 1.5 years, I'm going to have to strongly disagree that they have the best customer service. From my viewpoint, they have no customer service. As noted above, many of the components to our pool/dining table arrived damaged. After many phone calls and emails of photographic proof, Cuszoom agreed to replacing the damaged parts. Well, it is now 1 year and 3 months since first notifying them of the damage and we still have not received any replacement parts. Over the course of the last year, in numerous phone calls and emails, everytime we are told that the replacement parts are "coming in the next shipment" and of course that is never true since we still haven't received anything. So I can only conclude that a) we will never receive replacement parts; b) Cuszoom only cares about new business and once they get your money, good luck trying to get them to honor any kind of warranty or commitment to quality.
• "CusZoom will replace any defected parts, we stand behind our product 100% and pride ourselves in 100% customer satisfaction." – I'm still waiting after a year and a half to receive our replacement parts and to be completely satisfied.

Please also note that Cuszoom has hijacked pictures of the actual Fusion Pool table by Aramith and posted them on the Cuszoom website as their own.

Cuszoom is also flat out lying on their website about being accredited by the Better Business Bureau! Just check out the BBB website and if you search Cuszoom, it states very clearly in large bold letters that "This business is not BBB accredited". Not to mention that Cuszoom got an F rating (on a scale from A+ to F) on the BBB website based on 14 complaints filed in the last 12 months (7 of those for delivery issues, 5 for problems with the product or service!). I'll be adding my complaint to the others!
Bottom line, if you are considering buying from Cuszoom, DON'T DO IT!

I had the same problem with this pool table company. They delivered damaged products to my home and then refused to refund me or pick up the products until they are wrapped to their specific qualifications eventhough the products werent wrapped as such when they were delivered; which is probably one of the many reasons they were damaged in the first place. They are NOT solid wood tables and a overall disappointment, if you have over 4,000 to lose order from them because this is what you will be out of. Small claims court here I come.

On 11-2-2009 $3776 was processed by CusZoom (Jessica) for a pool table.
After many delays including the Chinese New Year the table arrived 7 months late. It was the wrong color, the wrong finish, damaged and not the table that had been represented on the first page of the website. CusZoom actually used the picture of a table from another company (Fusion) on their site.
I have a series of emails documenting the uninstall process. On July 1st 2010, Jessica stated she would refund the full amount when the table was uninstalled. The table was uninstalled 9-11-2010. We were promised a refund by Jessical the next week and since then she has not returned numerous phone calls, emails or attempts to contact her through JoAnn who always answeres the phone when I call. I have all of the emails documenting the process and the promise to have a refund.

Now I have no table and Jessica/CusZoom still has $3776 for a product that was misrepresented, damaged and is no longer in my possession.

CusZoom will no longer return calls or emails.

Cuszoom is one of the few companies that sells a "dining pool table" and I really liked one of their designs. I called to request a stain and cloth sample in mid-December. They said they are "all out", but would send them out the first week in January. When nothing arrived, I called again during the 2nd week in January. They said they would send it out the next week. It is now mid-February and I am still waiting. If their "customer service" is this bad BEFORE I even order a table, I cannot imagine how bad it is after they have my money. We have since found another company who makes better, albeit more expensive, dining pool tables and have ordered with them (they got a stain sample to me in 3 days). Sorry, Cuszoom, you just lost a $3300 sale because your customer service is awful. I hope you go bankrupt.

I purchased a Cuszoom pool table in June of 2009. I did not receive it until November of 2009, a full three months after I was supposed to get it. Once I received the table there was (and still is) a handprint in the finish under the clear coat. I contacted Jessica (I believe the only office employee) informed her with photographic evidence that the table was received with this obvious manufacturer's defect. She assured me that I would have a replacement rail with eight weeks. I have not received the rail yet (June 2010) and am losing any hope of a satisfactory result. Do not buy from Cuszoom unless you want a sub-standard table and the worst customer service I have experienced in my 37 years on this earth.

STAY AWAY! Despite reading some reviews that the shipping was late, I didn't expect this. We expected a MAX of 6 months of waiting... This company is awful... despite occasional pleasant phone calls with Joanne, this company has done nothing but give us the run around for the last 4 months... and thats AFTER our pool table was promised to us. (We ordered early Nov 2010, promised table in about 14-16 weeks, which would of been Feb). We called in Feb, was told they were having problems with delivery- and it would be mid March. We call in March, we were told the manufacture was having issues with delivery and a batch of "bad wood" came in and they had to re-start all new tables 2 months ago. (Why couldn't they tell us this 2 months ago when we called to find out where our table was?!), In March, we were told mid April- in mid April, we were given a set shipping date of May 12,2011. We called several days in a row after May 12, but no documents or any details were given about the shipment of our table. In the past 2 weeks we have been calling, we were told that the "manager" would be calling us today- and we have not heard her voice or even given her name. We tried asking for their manufacture's name/ number and we were refused any information, and we asked for the managers name and number but also not given any information. So here it is, June 24, and we finally called Visa to dispute the charge claiming no shipment, (thank god there are companies with customer service), and we're trying to get our money back and going to a local store to purchase a pool table. MY ADVICE: Go to a local store, you may pay a little more, but at least you'll actually get your table within a reasonable time, not to mention saving yourself a ton of time and headaches from calling and trying to get a hold of someone. We will be reporting this to the BBB as soon as we're issued a refund and have this BS completely settled.

At first i didn't want to get a pool table but i'm so glad my husband talked me into it... our family has so much fun playing and entertaining our friends... the table is gorgeous and it was reasonable. The customer service was wonderful... the sales lady was so helpful and really took our needs to heart... the delivery guys were even great... i would tell everyone to get their pool table from cuszoom... thanks from a very happy customer... lori

First of all, I was super excited when I noticed this company was selling the dining/pool tables that didn't have bulky legs or bulky pockets and half the price of the other seller. THANK GOD I FOUND THIS REVIEW PAGE. I was having considerable difficulty getting anyone over at "Cuszoom" to pick up the phone or call me back. I started to start at the tables on the webpage and quickly realized that they use photoshop (badly). My doubts really got the best of me and I called the original company of this pool table, called the Fusion table by Aramith. I was told that Cuszoom has stolen their pictures from their page and doctored them. I was also told by the Fusion table assosicate that she had heard of other customers ordering a table from Cuszoom and either never recieved it or they received a table that was not at all what was pictured... then the nightmare of actually returning it was enough to make you pay the extra 3K for the better company that actually gets you the table you want. I totally agree. When I confronted Cuszoom (after much phone tag) they had no interest in trying to get me a sample or prove that their company was legit in any way. Needless to say, I feel like I truly saved myself major money and major hassles by just buying the Fusion table by Aramith through a local distributer... not only that by I get my table in 2 weeks... not 10-15 weeks. AND I got to see the table in person and know that it was legit. DO NOT BUY from this company, internet scams are rampant... and it's not worth the hassle.

Their pool tables arent that inexpensive to begin with, they promise you VIP service but its the worse service ever. They delivered TWO damaged pool tables to my home that sat in the garage for weeks accumulating dust as well as home association fees because my cars had to sit outside. They wanted me to return the pool tables in crates and steel when they werent delivered this way which is probably the reason why they were damaged in the first place. And to add insult to injury their sales manager (the only one they have) only returns phone calls if she is interesting in dating you not resolving your pool table issues. I am still awaiting the pick up of both tables and my refund but everyone there seems to be passing the buck. Their number is *******009, they will answer if you want to purchase a table but if your having problems you will never hear from them. They suck. http://www.cuszoom.com/

I'm not sure why the reviews of other people are great. I had an extremely good relationship with cuszoom. The were helpful, and answered the phone every time i called. My table is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend this company.

After looking online for days for a dining pool table, I came across Cuszoom. I am so happy that I did! I got the best table for the price point that I was looking for. The customer service was exceptional and I felt like they really took care of me from placement of the order to the delivery & installation of the product. I would recommend them to my family & friends.
