CustomOrthotics

I saw my DPM and he was trying to sell me custom insoles for $300. I do not have $300 for insoles that are going to need to be replaced every so often and for every pair of shoes I own. That is absurd I told him and said that is just what it costs. I found this website by a podiatrist and was able to speak to a doctor online by phone which I thought was pretty frigging amazing. I am used to getting customer support from India, and to speak to a real doctor who answered my questions was golden. He only charges $89 per custom insole and I just take the impression of my feet at home.

I ordered the custom orthotics, waited for delivery, nothing. Sent several emails requesting status or refund, no reply. Contacted credit card, filed a dispute then received notice package was sent by Brent Bowden. I have not received orthotics yet so no review on products. Very poor experience!

I realize having an online business can be challenging. Dr. Bowden is friendly and helpful and he makes a good orthotic at a decent price. However, he doesn't respond to emails or texts and you should expect you need to call him three, four, or more times to ask when he plans to send your orthotics to you! Be wary that his phone and email often don't work. I really liked my first pair he made me despite the hassles that I ordered a second pair - which he never sent me and I called him a number of times. After a month passed, I just gave up and had my credit card dispute the order.
