I called to receive information about surgery. I got passed around a lot. I was told to submit an online consultation and I did. Before I submitted that, I was told that my consultation information would be made confidential in my medical record. I got a call back from someone that wasn't the surgeon and they told me my expectations can't be met. I asked what expectations could be met if mine were not realistic and she told me to lose weight and find some other surgeon. I asked to speak to a medical professional regarding my expectations and she said they don't have time for me. I told her to delete my medical record and she then told me I didn't have one. I told her that my consultation information I submitted was promised to be part of a confidential medical record and that I had a right to know where my medical information is under HIPAA law. She then said that I did have a medical record and I can't have access to it. Then said I can have a copy. She said "mam ive already talked to you SEVERAL times already" when all I did was call with questions about different procedures and pricing. I did not do anything to these people.

I'm confused what in the $#*! I did to these $#*!s to be treated this way I'm so $#*!ing glad I didn't trust these people with my life under surgery. She hung up on me and refused to answer my questions about anything. I don't understand why I can't ask questions about medical procedures but that's extremely alarming. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL. They don't give a $#*! about their clients from my experience. I'm so glad I didn't trust these people. Extremely verbally abusive and hateful and ridiculing to people who made themselves vulnerable to their clinic. Do not trust this clinic.

Dr. Nuveen Is positively the most comfortable and great surgeon I have ever known. His staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would go nowhere else – in particular Jessica Edwards is one of the best at what she does. I would not go anywhere else! Ask for Dr. Nuveen Or Jessica and you will be a very happy camper!

My wife was supposed to have an appointment for a consultation with Dr Nuveen; however they had apparently double booked that time slot with a surgery as well. Instead of calling and informing us of the mistake, they opted to instead just wait until we showed up for her appointment. When we got there they lied to us about attempting to contact her multiple times to reschedule Even though she kept getting appointment reminders all the way until 30 minutes before her appointment. I suggest anyone looking for a cosmetic surgeon look elsewhere. This staff is very unprofessional.
