I had never been to the cruise direct website and I clicked on the chat option. I had the pleasure of interacting/chatting with Hans Vega who not only answered my questions as I was trying to book 2 rooms at a time for 4 people. Hans was so nice to offer to help me with the booking as I needed the rooms either next to each other or across the hallway. He really made a difference and I appreciated his honesty and transparency. I am referring other friends to him to help with their booking.

I had a rough time trying to book a family cruise trip with other links. Cruise direct was extremely useful, even we had a little issue with the cruise line, Eugene Marc called me as he committed with me. He was so attentive, easy to work with, explained everything as well, understood my needs, and accommodated my party of 8 according with my requirements. I am very impressed with the wonderful customer service from "Jose Floes" today. He worked with me on several reservations and was patient and very helpful. He went the extra mile and contacted the cruise line to verify things were done correctly. I will use CruiseDirect again in the future. Thank you!
Thank you for going above and beyond! Enrique was so attentive and practical that he went out of his way to change our cruise even when RC system was down. He did as soon as it was back running and sent me a confirmation email with updated requests.

For quite a few years our family has been choosing CruiseDirect as our major instrument to book cruises. Does not matter we live in Europe, we always received very good care and most satisfying service from the Customer Service before and even after a cruise. Recently we booked cruise with NCL but could not resolve issue of their CruiseNext deposit, how to add it to our payments. We tried to get answers from NCL via e-mails but did not receive answer apart of confirmation of e-mail receipt. Mr. Enrique Bravo was a CS person who interfered, helped to find traces of the deposit and add it to payments already done. Many thanks to him and other Customer Service colleagues! Good work!

I booked the cruise and the site says guaranteed low price. Well 2 days after my booking the price dropped by almost $200. I called back and they said because it's past 24 hours they can't honor it.
I booked a cruise with them 2 days ago. So far so good. They registered my on-board ship credit within a day. Their offers were slightly better than Expedia, Priceline, cruisecritic, etc. What I'm most impress so far is the customer service. It is so quick and friendly. I am dealing with Eugene Marc-Henry through on-line chat and he's very helpful. So far so good, I'll update after my cruise, hopefully 5 stars remain!
After my Cruise was canceled i found cruisedirect, they helped me redeem my future Cruise crédits and gave me a great deal! Super easy and fast service

We had tried different websites to book a cruise and had many troubles. Until we found Crusie Direct and the online chat support was amazing. Our Jorge Jorge Rodriguez was amazing and helped us every step of the way! He helped us find a room, with the package we wanted and was right there with me every step of the way! First, they charged me more than the published rate and then it took almost an hour on chat to get it straightened out. Booked ocean view with Cruise Direct and they gave us the worst room EVER and then declined to help us with another room. Book through them and expect the rooms the cruise line won't book. The customer service rep was very rude and told me if not happy I could just cancel for $440! Never again.
Hello Sherry, I am sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our chat room. When you book a guarantee cabin it is assigned by the cruise line closer to sailing. Cruise Direct does not have the ability to select the cabin or change it once it is assigned. We do explain this at the time of booking but I am sorry that you were unhappy with the cabin assignment. I wish there was more I could to to assist you with this issue, but I will keep my eye on the sailing and if anything opens up I will reach out to you.

One of the worst online service. Customer service is like dealing with children. Have no answer to your question. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Very poor service and the people are not knowledgeable about what is going on. Go directly to the cruise line website for your booking.

He was so patient and helpful as I was fuming about the probs with the payment from Ukraine. The only way to solve the problem with the payment was either contacting our bank in Ukraine which was useless or calling MSC. Mentioning it costs me a fortune to call the USA from Ukraine, they made me a call immediately and sorted out my problem. We apologize for the misprint on our site. All bookings made as of Nov 1,2021, can cancel without any cancellation fee from the agency. This does not include any cruise line penalties, however, as an agency we do not charge any cancellation fee.
We do have a best-price guarantee as long as we follow the rules and regulations of the cruise line. All bookings are subject to request for a price match as long as it is prior by at least 1 day before the final payment date. Once the final payment date arrives all bookings are locked into what they have.
