If you're considering this company, run away! They installed wood floors in my home and it was a nightmare. Floors have 'hills', buckles, etc. Glue on every single plank. They did try to fix the floors, sending various crews. It couldn't be fixed. It was a three month nightmare! I still can't believe that Costco uses this company. (I went through Costco for these floors). In the end, Costco refunded my purchase. I hired a little local company to fix my floors and do the rest of the installation and it came out perfect! So, it was possible! This was the worst company to work with! Find someone else!
