When purchasing items and you checkout, you are prompted to enter your card details then an error message appears. You think there is a technical problem so you try again... I did this 4 times and the money was taken from my account and items were never received. Having confirmed the transactions with the merchant, they confirm payment was taken but nor do they post your items or give you a refund! Pathetic customer service! Don't go there!

T N. oh wow, this is tricky - this site looks legitimate but is actually not. they rip off the "crest" name (illegal to use unless they're crest.com) so these are probably scam artists. the only site from which you could do this is http://www.crest.com/ - which will take you to the whitening strip URL http://www.3dwhite.com/. you might want to cancel your credit card and have them issue you a new one or keep an eye on your account just in case.
Anita S. Thanks for the comments. Not sure what I can do next. I have threatened them that I will be contacting the police - but not sure which police station to report to? Im really stuck.
T N. unfortunately you probably won't get your money back. the police won't be able to do much, but perhaps because this business actually seems to be based out of the UK (http://whois.domaintools.com/crestwhitestrips.co.uk) -- you could report this to Crest itself, action fraud, consumer direct and watchdog!
