Blackboard CourseSites

When informed by course sites that they were changing their web page. I promptly attempted to export and import all my resources following their instructions. Nothing worked. I then contacted their tech support at many times over the next six months to no avail. Nothing they could do succeeded in transferring my files to the new site. They referred my to "level 2" technicians who also didn't have a clue as to how to recover my material. I was even on the phone up to New Year's Eve for four hours and it seems that all my work saved for over five years is hopelessly lost due to their incompetence.

This is the worse online program I have ever used! This is my 5th web class, and I have never had problems with any of the software programs before. Right from the beginning, I couldn't open discussion pages. I called help line, and she didn't have a clue. They tell me I have to use a 3rd browser on my computer (FireFox) because IE or Chrome is not good enough! Millions of people use Google Chrome and IE. I can't copy and paste my typed assignment in the discussion using my mouse, I have to manually Control A then C then V (WHAT!) Cust. Serv. Trying to tell me there is something wrong with my 'mouse'. It works just fine everywhere but Course Sites Black Board. I will never take another class using this software.

Difficult to manage. Self enrolling in a course is so difficult. The course is right there, and after you create an account, it tells you that you can't get into it because you aren't enrolled in it... yet it has no link anywhere to enroll.
