Awful service! I placed an order for a Halloween costume mid-September. I followed up 2 weeks later as I hadn't received the package or a tracking number, even though my credit card was charged. No response to my email. I had to call them. The guy who answered, apologized and said he would ship it the following day. I get an email 1.5 weeks after that they cancelled my order. Horrible, horrible.

We bought our children's halloween costumes from costume city and they really liked them.
I returned the costume from costumecity.com when I received it. Because it was cheaply made and my skirt had a hole in the back of it. I should have listened to my friend recommend of buying from hyshous e.com
