I have used this site in the past for copywriting services and was pleased with the service. However it has become woeful in the past 12 months. Firstly, i've discovered those running the site, are taking a significant percentage of the take - only passing on a small amount to the copywriters themselves. But even more disturbing is the false advertising - "100% money back guarantee" - NOT A CHANCE. Myself and another user where not satisfied with any of the entries submitted and were fully entitled to a refund of our fees under the terms of the contract... but despite numerous requests the owner would not pay back the money we'd put up. Keeping the full amount for himself. LOVE it if someone were to set up in competitiion - definite need for this service, but needs to be fair to both the copywriter and the 'client'.
