I ordered 2 custom t shirts for my children for their birthday party a little over two weeks prior to our event. Being concerned that the shirts may not arrive in time, I called to ask some questions before ordering, I was told that the shirts would likely ship that same day or the next business day. When it got to be 6 days until the party and I had not received the shirts or any other updates about my order, I called the toll free number and was told that I had to send an email for order inquires. The reply I got back from my email was that there was a problem with some of the decorations for one of the shirts and that they would ship my order that same day. I wrote back and said that I would need a faster shipping option due to the short time before our event, I was told that they would upgrade to Priority mail for free but if I wanted Express, I would have to pay $15. When I pushed back saying that they were totally responsible for the delay in shipment and asked that they absorb the cost of the upgraded shipping, they refused. When I wrote back expressing my displeasure with this situation they said that they would cancel the order and process a refund. While I am glad to have rec'd the refund, I found the lack of communication from the vendor from the time of order to the expected ship date to be unacceptable. I also have a hard time trusting a vendor who cannot be reached by phone. Going back and forth via email approx 9 times and with 1 fruitless phone call was more that aggravating! Furthermore, they charged my credit card the day I placed the order, not when the shipment was released, as many online vendors do. I would NOT recommend this website to anyone.
