Took my money and never received the product. Refused to refund my full amount payed. Don't use this place they are way over priced as well

I found this website that have so many different types of contact lenses and I do not know which one I should buy. I immediately contacted their customer service to help me. They were very helpful and give me a lot of good suggestions.

I was very happy that I had bought the lenses that I like. I was excited when the lens arrived at my home. After wearing them, my friends told me that these lens bring out my eyes color. I will visit them again to buy my next pair of lenses.

It had the most affordable prices for every contact brand imaginable. Ordering process is easy and fast, so you have to do is click reorder and the rest is basically taken care of.

The contacts are good quality and comfortable. The colors are beautiful.

I would def. Recommend this company. I was a little skeptical at first because the lenses are coming from another country. But I have had no issue with them, I have ordered 4 times. The lenses are about half the price of what I normally pay and I don't need a doctor's RX. Plus they offer some lenses I can't get at my eye doctor's. It does take at least two weeks, which terrified me at first thinking I had been scammed. I emailed the company inquiring about my order, and they were very quick to respond! And it was totally worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I wish my eyesight weren't so poor, or I would have noticed that the too good to be true price of what I thought was 6 lenses per box ($25 each) was in fact only THREE LENSE PER BOX! Not a deal. Besides, you have to use Paypal, they are based in, and ship from, Singapore, so it takes forever to get your lenses. If you're in a hurrry, forget about it. Save money and hassle, and stick with your American low cost contact lens provider! Lesson learned!

I received 2 per box. Slow to receive. Do not use this Singapore company. They mislead you to think you are getting a normal box of 6 for great price. Not true. Beware. Scam

I have ordered from a few contact lens shop before but contactlensxchange is by far the best!

Terrible! They make you think you are paying for a "box" of contacts but there are only 3 and not the full 6 in it. And they are poor quality at that! No hash marks on them to put them in correctly so they are pretty useless. And they take more than 2 weeks to show up. Scam!

Let's begin by letting you know that I had high hopes for getting affordable contacts through this site. Okay, I ordered almost 90 dollars total of merchandise added together on different occasions. Each occasion the company did not send me my packages and then wanted to charge me another 12 dollars for shipping to resend to the same address where I get regular mail and packages. So I asked to cancel my next order where they would charge me 3 dollars to cancel. Why...? So I am short 90 dollars because they said they cannon resell my contacts, yet refuse to resend without charging me more money. And it was at this point that i had given up. Their customer service is a complete joke. I email back and forth and with each reasonable email I sent a more condescending reply I received. So ladies and gentlemen please hear my warning and do not purchase anything or even assume these people will to the right thing. Please shop elsewhere.
