I have never heard of a survey sight asking for your private information such as credit card login info. User ID, last 4 digits of your account number and PASSWORD. I have been doing surveys for many years and this has never come up. What does my credit card have to do with surveys. Unless I get a good explanation, it is a scam, and you can take a flying... in a rolling donut. Now you are asking for my email address, which you already have and want my pass word for that. Should I just hand my wallet, car and keys to my house so you can then feel at home?

This site appears to be fake, it is asking for passwords and credit card information. It fooled me for a long minute. Advertising it will give you $20 to complete bank and credit card information. But once you look at the fine print its asking for passwords! Very smooth watch out and pass the word asap or refer to federal agency it is very easy to trick someonelse
