My order went smoothly and I got everything that I'd originally ordered. It has saved me a lot of money shopping between cocomartini and the two Half-Price Books stores in my town before I go to buy new. They also got here quicker than expected.

I had to contact customer service about something that was entirely not their fault (it was, actually, the shipping company's), and the entire time they were very helpful. I have already placed another order with them.

I ordered my book 8 days ago. I paid extra for airmail shipping(the only option I was given.) I received a shipping confirmation 5 days ago. When I check on the progress is tells me that the book is still at the processing site. My son is having to borrow one to get his homework in on time. I have sent two emails and have yet to receive a response. Very frustrated

Ordered books on January 2. As of January 18th tracking shows them still sitting in Hong Kong. My class has started and I am without my books. Some reviewers here claim they got their books within a reasonable time frame but not for me. Not sure what I am going to do at this point as the class is only a month long.

I would suggest others spring for their books and buy them from a reputable seller

Better World Books is such a phenomenal find. Wonderfully low prices! There are always sales going on and the best bang for your buck I've found anywhere online. Try them, you'll love them!

The Good:
I purchased a shower curtain (with periodic table design) from this site. It was the cheapest one I could find online. The package arrived in 5 days (To Australia) and was very good quality. They also emailed me to let me know it was being shipped which I appreciated.

The Bad:
This is a quote from the email I was sent with a link to this site "In order to thanks for your writing review time, we will give you US$2.5 reward cash to your paypal account directly if good reviews in the reviews site."
In terms of product and shipping my experience was 5 stars. But in terms of trying to pay people to write good reviews... I am not impressed.

Worked well. I contacted the seller and received quick response. Books arrived in good new condition as described. Will use them again, no problem.

I've ordered more than 10 textbooks for over 2 semesters now from cocomartini bookstore and have been very satisfied. Fast delivery and I've never had an issue with getting wrong/damaged textbooks, and their prices are almost the best around.

If you send an email about the shipping, you never get the email back.

If you send an email that you are now considering canceling the order, you will receive the email in few minutes that just wait please.

If you send an email that you now cancel the order, you never get the response. No money back, what the XXXX business they are doing.

Don't order from this company! I placed my order 4 weeks ago when site said 7-10 day delivery. I received a shipping confirmation only after 3 angry emails. Impossible to find contact information on site. Of course, my bank was charged immediately, so I can't stop payment.

I agree with Brian 100%. I bought a book from this company. I saw the picture and it looked exactly like the book I needed. It was cheaper than the rest I saw for sale. When I received the book, it had come from Hong Kong and took about twice as long as they quoted me to receive it. Then I open the package up to find that this book looked nothing like the picture. It appeared to made in Hong Kong as well. I was very disappointed and emailed them several times to try to correct this problem. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistake, and refuse to return the book that Is still in the plastic. They tell me they will only return my money if the item has been lost in the mail. Customer Service is extremely rude. I have now reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I had an AWFUL experience with cocomartini.com too. Ordered books in January, never got them. Five months later they still refused to resend or refund my money. Customer service was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Accused me of lying and wouldn't answer my questions. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING I'VE EVER DONE!
