I pay for ad free music, but at times they still play ads and can, or won't stop. I'v sent multiple emails and spoken to two representatives. No luck.

They took my online order. They took my payment. "Most orders shipped within a day". After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted them. They told me that my order was fraud (but they had my money already!). I canceled my order.

Tip for consumers:
Find another retailer.

Like many things, you want to educate yourself in the art of buying property before you begin. The following article will guide you in learning about real estate.

If you have children or plan on having them, you need to make sure there is enough room for the family. You will be sure that your house if there were children brought up in it.

If you are thinking about moving, you may want to consider looking online at the neighborhood of the house you're thinking of purchasing. You can discover a good deal of information this way. Consider the population, population and unemployment rate of your desired location before purchasing a house there so you ensure that you will love where you live.

Homes that need multiple improvements or renovations are sold for cheaper than other homes. This enables you to pay less initially, and you have time to work on your home at your own pace. A little fix up work can transform an ugly facade into your dreams.

A lot of Realtors have ready made checklists of purchasing a home. The checklist can help you organize everything is taken care of when it needs to be.

If you want to have a good return on your property, it is a good idea to look into properties that will require some work. You'll experience the benefit of a fast return on investment and increase in property value rises. Sometimes it will rise more than what you have invested.

Always hire an inspection of the home you want to purchase. You don't want to be stuck with a house that needs major revisions. This makes the inspector an extremely cost-effective and-safety conscious choice that you will be responsible for and you may have to leave your home while it is repaired.

Most foreclosed properties are in need of repair, meaning that regular maintenance has not been done. Many foreclosed homes may have pests, and may also have pests.

So you are in the market for a new home, now you need a real estate agent. You need one that you can trust. An agent who has a great choice.

You don't want to discover the agents time by limiting your search to houses you love without being able to pay for it.

When you are considering purchasing a building for business use, ensure that the neighborhood is healthy and relatively crime-free. Starting up a new business in an area of high crime and dilapidated buildings will likely lead to obtaining less customers. Consult your Realtor about the best neighborhood to open your shop.

When selecting an agent to help you with your home search, find out how long he has lived in the immediate region. If an agent has recently moved to the area, roads, neighborhood restrictions and the general community.

The time you've spend reading these real estate buying tips is time well spent. While a real estate agent does provide valuable information, there are some decisions that an agent cannot help you with, and ultimately it is your responsibility to decide what is best for you. Real estate will look far less scary once you educate yourself.

Shoutcast has been around since the dinosaurs and is or was a very highly respected launching pad for thousands of online, streaming radio stations. It's also closely associated with WinAmp, perhaps the most popular free music player for Windows.

Unfortunately at the time of writing, the Shoutcast site has decided to abandon its classic design and functionality and introduce "Shoutcast 2.0". The alleged purpose of this, is to make the service substantially better for all its loyal users and provide a basis for wonderful new developments to come. However, judging from public comment, the site appears to have alienated just about everyone by making things harder to find and more complex to understand. Such is progress.

I haven't used Shoutcast for ages, so I only vaguely remember the old, black site. I did give the new one a try, however, and picked "Classic Rock" as my genre. For which, Shoutcast returned a whole load of *classical* music stations, instead. Really unimpressive, guys.

I have to give this a "meh" for now, unfortunately. It's still a huge repository of streaming stations, about 35,000 altogether, so it's going to continue to be a very popular venue. And the service itself, as accessed via a desktop media player, may be just the same as ever. But for me, it would be a stretch to rate the site itself any higher until I can actually find what I'm looking for, first time around.

I have tried them twice and both times the shipments took longer than one week to ship, but my credit card was billed within two days.

Horrible customer service? It's more like non existent. I emailed inquiries, and phoned. The emails were ignored and the phone calls were never picked up.

They state that they have a flat shipping rate of $7.99 and charged me $8.99.

If you have a LOT of time to wait and don't mind pre-paying for your order, go ahead and do business with them... but be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait...

I bought and paid for a quad set of phones on 20. 9. 2017 and was told they would be delivered on 21. 9. 2017. Tried to contact the company on 23. 9. 2017 as the phones had not arrived to discover that the company does not work Sat/Sun despite their website saying they were available 7 days per week. Contacted then 25. 9. 2017 to find the phones had still not been dispatched. They gave some $#*! and bull story about incorrect labeling in effect saying they only sent them out on 22. 9. 2017 and they were returned to them today. So in effect, they still have not sent out the phones. Now advise it will be 28. 9. 2017 when the phones are delivered so I canceled my order.

I promoted my music with Jango about 10 years ago now. I remember reading reviews at the time saying that you basically pay $1 per fan. I really didn't mind that idea and found out that this was true, over a six month period I paid $12k (true story, I was addicted) and got a little over 12k of fans. Out of these 12,000 fans I expected at the very least 10% to buy my music. Not ONE sale via Jango 'fans'. Out of 12k email addresses supplied less than 1% replied. Out of 12k fans about 12 followed me on Facebook. Whether real people are listening to Jango or just Bots, I don't know. I do know that some of the comments were genuine and some seemed repetitive. In a nutshell, $12,000 = 12,000 fans = 12 Facebook followers which equals $1000 a fan. Talk about a fool and his money.
My advice is save your money and promote your music with free services like social media and submitting to real radio stations and podcasters.

Loved 8tracks for years, literally... but the new song ads are driving me INSANE. Its always the worst music (I'm talking abrasive hip-hop/country in the middle of a lyric-free study playlist) and you are forced to listen to the whole thing if you want to continue listening to your playlist - otherwise it skips to the next playlist. Way worse than any other type of ads - will be looking for a new music website.
