T N. if this coach outlet shop would have sent you anything, it would have been not what you ordered and/or a complete fake. i'm certain it would have been a fake. the problem is that there are hundreds of fake stores like this. you can tell it's fake because only coach.com can use that trademarked name in its URL. their use of it is illegal, and coach would never cheapen their name by adding "outlet shop" in the same URL. how did you pay this store? if by credit card or paypal, you can call and file for a chargeback on grounds that you never received the product. with paypal there's a 45 day limit to dispute.
