After waiting 2 weeks for my purchase, I attempted to contact them, There was no phone number. I am still awaiting an e mail response. Still cannot figure out from their site if this is genuine Coach. And just try reading the reviews on the website. They are just a bunch of words strung together making so sense whatsosever.

I purchased 3 purses recently in separate order. Last purchased I receive (2 purses in different style) one is ok but the other one is defective. I emailed the company twice about the defective product. Nobody reply my emails, and there's no name of a person in their website or phone number that I can reach. I find it very odd for a big company.. Please take a look this website. Thank you very much!
Stay away, safe guard your money. Coach.outlet.ca is a fraudulent website, products ship from China under a different company name. They are an unethical, fraudulent company misrepresenting the COACH brand. Do not waste your hard earned money on this crap!
one thing to remember is the use of "coach" in the URL - unless it's by the one and only Coach.com, it's going to be a replica site or a scam. they're not legally supposed to do that and coach itself wouldn't have a cheapen their name with an outlet site like these, i think. sorry this happened to you! if you're ever in doubt again, come to sitejabber and look it up or ask someone that has a reputable standing. we're everywhere...

Regarding the Coach scams.... I found a website that looks totally legit. I am not a Coach pro, like some women who know all about them. Well, long story short, I think I got totally scammed. I went through the website of their bags...they use all of the Coach bag names, pictures, types, etc. They have a very professional looking site and they even have all of the icons that make you think you are buying securely. I was stupid and bought two bags for 169.00 + with my bank/credit/debit card. I guess I should have done more research...I have sent them 3 emails inquiring about their product and refund info. No replies yet. But they took the money out of my account already, but they can't answer any inquiries. I guess I am trying to prepare myself because Im sure Im going to receive some fake crap that was falsely represented! (If I receive it at all). I am so stupid! Why are these websites allowed to do this? How do they get shut down? Who can I ask for help? Do I just have to admit I gave 170.00 bucks away to a bunch of LIARS? Any advice is appreciated!

T N. if it uses the coach name in its URL, it's doing so illegally (only coach can use that name - other places that sell genuine coach bags have their own unique business names). thus it's probably not legit. did you dispute the charge with your credit card company?
