They are thieves. They take your money then stop communicating with you. You never know if you will get your goods, and in my case, I never did. They seem friendly and helpful up to the point of you making payment. After that, good luck. I got screwed out of $500. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Don't order from these guys. They seem to be nice and outgoing when you want to place an order and are extremely helpful until they get your payment. Then you are on automatic ignore. I ordered 20 items from these guys and sent them the order form, they calculated the cost (~$500+) and I paid in full within 48h. They never told me if my order was sent after that, any time I asked for a shipping/tracking number they would ignore me (And I know I was being ignored, I would log in with a different account and they would be more than happy to serve).
The order eventually came in, surprisingly. I mean, if they had sent it why not just tell me what the tracking number is? Anyways, the package came in and was missing 4 of the 20 items, and coincidentally the 4 items missing were the most expensive items I had ordered. In addition, some of home/away colours were wrong in the order. After contacting them and saying I am missing items... you guessed it... Ignored. Finally, after a week of daily hounding, they confirmed they "forgot" to include the other 4 items. I said OK, ship it now then (as what is stated on their website...), and they told me "ship is too expensive, i will include with your next order.' This seems to be an on going trend...
So essentially, they charged me for expensive shipping for the weight of 20 items and I received 16, and now are wanting me to order more because shipping is too expensive. You think thats bad? I tried negotiating for weeks here and got 1 word replies at best. I even agreed to order 5 more things and they said, get this: "ship is too expensive." So, i'm ordering more items like they want me to do, they already have a couple hundred of my dollars, and ontop of that want me to pay more for shipping even though I was charged for shipping weight of 20 things earlier and recieved 16. I even asked them ok we will split the cost of shipping, which is ridiculous at this point, but I just want my gifts that I was giving to my family and they still refused.
Stay away from these guys. Spread the word.
