T N. hussam - sorry you got involved with these guys. did you actually pay the 30 pounds, and if so, how did you pay them? through credit card? you can call your credit card to dispute the charge. and yes, there are these sites that make you think they're the official site. this site used the .org after child-benefit...but if it were a legitimate governmental site, it would have a .gov.uk extension.
