I ordered three very sexy items. They came quickly, the quality was well made and the items looked exactly like the picture. Customer service was wonderful they were Timely and getting back to me and my questions. They helped me with my delivery every step of the way. I cannot wait to order more from this site. Clothing don't look like the pictures. Fabric is very cheap. It takes almost one month to receive the merchandise. And when You try to get a refund they take days to reply to the email and then they take more time to give You the mailing address to return the items, then if it's more than one item they will only give You a refund for one item then ask You for the order number and all the information all over again. They do not want to give You the refund so they delay answering questions delay giving a response. I wouldn't recommend this company to My worst enemy.

Delete the items in your cart, delete the App. If you really want to take a gamble to see if and when you will get your items, pay only with PayPal.

I placed an order, had issues with shipping, out of 5 messages sent to customer service I had received 0 correspondence NADA! But they are quick to take your money right... had to settle my case w/ PayPal to get my money back for items I was never going to get.

Just DONT do it.

I bought these earrings as a simple trinket to brighten up my uniform at work, and since I've worn them I've gotten NON STOP compliments! They're so cute, and though when I first got them I was nervous that the back piece would fall out easily if I flip my hair or anything, I've worn them to sleep and they stay right in place. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Super quick delivery, pretty packaging; definitely need to buy another pair on my next paycheck!

This web site is a scam!
I ordered a jacket, but it was way too small. I tried several times to contact customer service till I finally got a return number and was able to send it back. However, I never got my "store credit" and I am still waiting for someone to help me. I practically lost $88 not counting shipping on both ways. So disappointing!
Someone really should do something about it!

I purchased a couple of sweatshirts for my nieces, specifically the NAP QUEEN and TOO TIRED ones and they loved them. The quality and fit were spot on. They were also available for a good price. Im not fond of online shopping but any site that makes the process easy for my is alright with me.

I ordered a few jewellery items in November of last year for Christmas presents. Cost came to a little over $100.00. I never received my order. I have tried many many times to contact this company without any luck. No one has contacted me back. I have emailed them about this as well sending their previous confirmation order which i never received and still have heard nothing. I am of course very upset. Very poor service. They ripped me off. It's now April. Don't loose your money!

I have never been disappointed by this company! I have been ordering from Chichime for about a year now. My orders have always been in good condition, on time, and I am ALWAYS asked by family and friends about my Chichime merchandise. Some of the reviews here are a bit off and you can tell that the same person made negative comments through different accounts. Love this company and I will always be a customer. Hope there is a Chichime store sooner than later :)

Very hard to get ahold of anyone... I had an issue with an item not being as advertised, but could not get a refund. It took many emails to get a credit, and to order replacement item. Ordering would not accept my credit. You can find better items on other sites without such a hassle, plus they have phone numbers to get ahold of customer service!

I feel terrible that I haven't written a review before. I've been shopping with these gals (no offense Leo) since 2012 and haven't had any issues. I live in NYC so I receive my orders within a day or two however I purchased a few Xmas gifts over the holidays to be sent all over without dilemma. Keep your heads up, brows on fleek and outfits on point ladies!;*

BUYER BEWARE... ORDERED GOODS ONLINE THAT LOOKED AMAZING BUT ARE IN REALITY, OF TERRIBLE GARBAGE QUALITY. THEY APPROVED MY REQUEST TO RETURN THE ITEMS FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS THE SHIPPING COST. I DID THIS, AND GOT NO REFUND. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM. FINALLY GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY GAVE ME A MERCHANDISE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT. I'M STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY MESSAGES ANYMORE. BRUTAL!

I fell in love with their Infinity Stack but I was reluctant to order because of the reviews on this very site. However after searching other company's website for a similar product with no luck I decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did. I received my stack within a few days and couldn't be happier. I'll be sure to order again soon. For those who have any issues I had the pleasure of being in contact with Hanna (*******@chichime.com) she's great. I'd email her if you have any hesitation with placing an order.

So, I placed an order for a bathing suit back in September. I have been checking the status of my shipment and it apparently has been in Long Island since the end of September with the description "shipping label created". I checked it again just now and the status is still the same. I have also written them emails inquiring about this but I have received no response back either. I was really excited because this bathing suit looks so pretty but now, after reading all of these reviews, I'm worried. Lesson learned, read reviews before shopping online! Still crossing my fingers it arrives!

Placed my order in September. It's now November and still no shipment. I've emailed. No response. I've called the number provided, "no longer in service". Filed a dispute with my bank. Checked the tracking number provided. Says packing label created. No movement. Beware!

I just purchased a gorgeous maxi dress and several knuckle rings a the vendor event in Soho NYC. The girls were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness and helped me put together an amazing outfit for Sunday barbeque that I'm attending. Will be ordering from them in the future. Nothing but love. Aubrey was able to do me the HUGEEEEEEEEE life saving favor of sending the dress I FORGOT to order for my girlfriend to wear tonight (8 month anniversary). I frantically emailed Chichime over the weekend letting them know how I screwed up and forgot to order it when I supposed to. Luckily I live in Williamsburg and they were able to make it happen for me by sending it via messenger service. It just got here. Many thanks!

The clothing I received, skirt and top, were sized incorrectly and the tags were removed. Poor quality and looks used. When contacted within the correct window for a return received no response. This site is a scam. Don't waste your money. Also beware of Instagram advertising that directs you to the website under different profile names. This is a dishonest website, that does not deliver what you paid for.

I'm not too much of a fan of online shopping because of all the scams I read about but I had to have this jacket after seeing it on IG. I took a chance and ordered it Monday after my sister convinced me. It just came in the and I must say I'm relieved. The jackets better than what I hoped for Plus I look amazing in it ;) thanks!

Chichime.com is more than happy to take your money and rapidly send you a poorly made product. But, when you inquire about returning or exchanging a product the company refuses to communicate with you. The only method of contact is through email. I emailed *******@chichime.com six times about exchanging a product and got no response. For $80 I would like to be pleased with my purchase. Not saddled with something I do not want. My overall recommendation is - DO NOT BUY FROM CHICHIME.COM!

They charged me more money after I had already paid for my order. I only received half my order. They do not respond to my emails, facebook messages, etc. They are scamming people out of money, don't fall into the trap.
