When I first came to this site I was amazed at the low prices. You see I have a " Semi-Precious" stone business. That includes the likes of amethyst, Rose Quartz, Peridot, Emerald and the like. I was new at the business and although I have a few other other suppliers the price here was a great deal! So I had made a few orders with them over the last couple of year or so. They had some nice " different " semi-precious stone items. I had actually even sold some of the items. But as I began to learn more and more about semi-precious stones I seemingly started looking at the products in a different light. How they were made... how "real" the stones were... and how almost fake they started to look. On my last order I purchased a set of Clear Quartz free forms and what I thought was a steal with Lapis Lazuli and turquoise silver plated necklaces for 99 cents! I had my doubts but I placed the order anyway. So I receive the products. The clear quartz set was mixed with other stone specimens. Nothing was titled or named as exactly what stones they were. The necklaces... even though they had a "sticker" on them that said semi-Precious... I knew were fake by just looking at them. So I attempted to leave TRUE reviews of the items on the site. I wasnt harsh but I was realistic in what I thought... the reviews were never posted ( if you look at the site there are only 5 star reviews for anything that has reviews). So I received an email from the company about my reviews. Mentioning why I wasnt happy.so I sent an email back explaining my reasoning. The response was, " well if you dont like them send them back someone will need them". I explained the rocks were mixed and you clearly have it in your ad as Clear Quartz. Perhaps you should fix that. Also the necklaces are not real stones. Also, why not post my reviews? The answer I received was," we will take your advice into consideration. ( they later did change the ad) and the necklaces are marked Semi-Precious, which I responded," anyone can throw a sticker on a package... I never got a response about the reviews. So why 2 stars? Not because I am mad about the items. Thats my own fault. They are a company selling to retailers that just want to sell simple stuff ( for lack of another word) I expected the semi-precious items to be quality that, as a semi-precious retailer, I usually purchase from reputable semi-precious stone wholesalers and suppliers that only deal in these products. They are just selling jewelry as it comes in and go by face value or what they are told it is. The 2 stars are for the customer service I received. Very harsh and unprofessional. As a retailer I KNOW the importance of keeping customers satisfied. In closing I would like to say I once again went through a lot of the product I purchased from them. Gave some away and many rocks went into my garden. Again. They are a good source for what it is " cheap Wholesale Jewelry" but not for a company wanting to sell specific items.

Please try it order I love my box, oh my I know that I keep saying this over and over again but, I truthfully love my box!!!!! I will be ordering again really Soon!!!!!

The entire box because I have a Oil and Accessories business so I can always sell the jewelry maybe a few pieces I had to work on but that was okay. I was very skeptical and my husband said don't do it but I must honestly say, I love my box!!!!!

They carry a huge range of quality in jewelry... if you read the descriptions, you will know what you are going to get. And the Return Policy is posted on the website as well.

The name suggests it. Its cheap. Cheap in quality! - Don't do any business with this company. Cheapwholesalejewelry.com have bad business ethics. I have tried to get my money back from them but till date no clue about it...
I tried checking the reviews for this website before I ordered but there arent much available... and so I ordered just to check the quality of the stuff... and believe me its all scrap. Especially the sarwoski crystal bracelet. Its not what the pic showz... not for the price tht u pay. I saw the exact same bracelet at Longs but for a dollar more, it was a far better quality.
Pls this is to warn any one who might be thinking of ordering from this website... the quality is the kind of quality u won't even find in a dollar store. Its really really cheap. And now if i hav to return the order U'll have to waste another $ 20 for return shipping. Which I did. But they told me tht they'll charge stocking fee etc etc. and the amount tht I am supposed to get back is something like $25 ( I ordered stuff for $150 +$20 s+h).
I havent yet recieved the $ 25 too... and its been more than 6 weeks!

I have placed and received 6 orders from them in 2 months and have not been disappointed yet. Seem to be quite good actually. The quality of their merchandise is explained fairly well. They don't pretend to be selling something other than cheap wholesale jewelry.

Your reviews were not published because you said multiple times that you think they are not genuine stone, however, the one specific necklace you are referring to was labeled as genuine stone by Target stores. We buy closeouts and that is how it came to us. I offered you to return to any item you are unhappy with but you do not want to return them. The quartz you ordered was mistakenly labeled as clear when there was actually a variety of colors in the quartz. We do have many reviews that are not 5 stars, we are not afraid of negative reviews but when someone wants to write negative reviews on things that are not true, we do reserve the right to not publish them. If I had to take someone’s opinion on whether or not the necklace is genuine stone, I’m going to go with Target. You are the only person who has ever complained about any of our genuine stone products, out of hundreds of customers. Once again, you are more than welcome to return any item you are unhappy with even though it’s been many months since your order. I hope you have a great day.
