I also thought I was buying genuine Ugg Boots from a UK site and was very disappointed - they come up very small compared to Ugg boots so don't fit and the lining already has a hole about 2 inches. They come in a box with Chinese writing so I have no confidence I will get any refund. Don't buy from this site.I have just bought alternatives in the sale from Clarkes. You can't beat a good British store where you can go in and get a solution if there is a problem.

T N. you might not get a refund from them, but if you have sufficient evidence, your bank or credit card company might be able to help you out. have you called them?

Very naively I purchased what I expected to be a pair of genuine Ugg boots. This website is advertised on google and states "Come with the Original Box & Certificate Card, 3-5 working days delivery time!!! 100% Secure! 100% Guaranteed! 100% Sheepskin! 100% Free Shipping!". After purchasing, I didn not receive a conformation email, emailed them and they did not reply. I received the boots approximately 7 days after purchase, which I was happy about, but they were obviously counterfeit. The boots were not 100% sheepskin at all, it was synthetic fur, the Ugg branded label at the back of the boot was on wonky and the stitching was loose. Also the instep on the boot joined the shin part of the boot, nearly half way up my leg, making out that I had very large feet.
It states that within 7 days of receiving the product if I am not happy with the quality, I should send it back. typically there is no return address on the site for me to send them back to. I emailed them and have not had a reply. There phone number also does not exsist.
They state this site as a UK, British site, but the boots were sent from China, and did not come in a box. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SITE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Sorry to hear about that, I too ordered a pair but from a different site and never heard a thing back from them, and i was convinced they were genuine (100% everything) Luckily i paid through paypal so i raised a complaint with them, It turns out that the website is already under investigation from previous complaints and i,m assured i will get a full refund. I ordered another pair of boots on tuesday £120, from a company called justskeepskin.com, They arrived today and they are absolutely gorgeous, all warm and snug, perfect, I heard somewhere to order a size smaller as the sheepskin flattens after time and also that Cheryl Cole wears them, so if there good enough for her then there good enough for me! good luck x

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! The "UGG" boots that you will receive are clearly fake and nothing like they are advertised on their website! I own real Uggs and on first glance i was so disappointed as they are nothing as advertised. Tag on the back of the boots were a different colour to the ones on the website and also states that the boots will arrive in a genuine box with a certificate. NOPE!! Wrong again. How disappointed can you get? Very! No answer from 0203 2869493. THat didn't really surprise me. Total rip off! Biggest waste of money ever and would like the site to be removed as they are trading illegally. I will be contacting trading standards but being a saturday its shut! Argh!! FAKE FAKE FAKE!! May be cheaper than real Uggs but paying £70 for a rubbish pair of boots is just wrong! To return these I am responsible to return them and pay postage but considering they would need to be returned to China i doubt i will be able to and they state on the website that they will refund on inspection of the boots! So very unlikely that a refund would happen! DISAPPOINTED!!
