I've always been active and athletic, but my fitness level has recent plateaued. I found some new to me exercises on this site. I can tell a difference already - I feel stronger and although the scale hasn't dipped much, my clothes are looser. And that is what I wanted to see. Check them out for inspiration and/or direction.
Wasn't nice to correspond with. I quickly realized the site wasn't what I was looking for. Upon asking for a refund, Matt refused. It was legally within his right (based on his fine print) but if he had integrity, he would have placed the situation above the policy.
