I placed an order Dec 18th, recieved the order the 23rd. Upon opening package, we find the item purchased was not in the box. Contents were 2 fragrance samples and gift note to my wife. WTH? Where's the item I purchased? Bow was filled with stuffe, just filler and no item! Horrible customer service and wait times at least an hour! When someone answers finally seems that they're not service oriented at all! Don't recommend buying from the website! Almost seems fraudulent.

I bought a pair of regular glasses from Chanel. After a few weeks the paint on the frame started crumbeling. The optician ordered a new pair, but after a couple of weeks the same thing happened with the new pair. He ordered a third pair, and again the same thing happened. I contacted Chanel Belgium via e-mail. They asked me to provide the proof of purchase and several pictures, which I sent them. It's been two months and I haven't heard anything back. That's 500 euro's wasted. I really wouldn't recommend buying their glasses.

I bought this wallet in February 2023 and I started using in march. Noticed the zip of the wallet manufacture was horrible. The quality it's seem back to worse, the zip was zipped it smoothly and it break half when I zip and I zip and it got stuck and in between it's spilt. Here are the proof of showing this is wallet and the price keep increasing and I paid SGD1,770. I thought Chanel has a good quality higher standard, but I was wrong. Quality is from back to worst and still price increases so much.

It is not forbidden the employee of chanel selling his gift offer by chanel? There is a woman who sell to me a bad earrings and she don't say it was a offer gift by chanel. She sell expensive and it was broken they are not real chanel. I think vinted or any site in France it's forbidden to sell this item. And this employee she is proud to be a sales woman but she know it's forbidden to sell. How does it come?

Very disappointed with Chanel Bleu for man. Purchased it six months ago and spray (pump) stopped working. I can't use it now to the end. Contacted customer service and they were very rude and they told me bad luck you can buy another one. Very bad customer service and item is very expensive and you can't use it all.

Don't buy Chanel customer service is shocking.

I've been buying Chanel for make up for over 20 years. They have possibly the worst website in the US for high end make up. The scroll bar to pick a color/shade is really small and it does not work most of time. It takes more than 2 minutes to get the site to allow you to pick a color, only then to find out it is SOLD OUT, they are all sold out, why cant they save our time and just put it right in the caption of the product /picture. I'm looking elsewhere for substitute products. Im not spending over $200 to get frustrated with this site.

I recently purchased a pair of Chanel sneakers, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with both the product and the customer service.

Firstly, despite the exorbitant price tag, the quality of these sneakers is shockingly poor. They failed to withstand a simple rain shower, leaving me with damaged shoes and a sense of disbelief at the lack of durability for such a high-end product.

To compound matters, when seeking assistance for the damage, I encountered unhelpful and dismissive behavior from Chanel's customer service. They outright refused to address the issue, demonstrating a lack of accountability for their product's shortcomings.
Adding insult to injury, my interaction with the repair person, Victoria, from BalHarbor boutique was nothing short of a nightmare. Her demeanor was rude and inconsiderate, making the entire experience even more unpleasant.

In conclusion, the combination of subpar product quality and dismal customer service has left me regretting my decision to invest in Chanel sneakers. I strongly caution others against making the same mistake and advise potential buyers to reconsider before spending their hard-earned money on this disappointing product and brand.

Chanel is expensive but I can't help but love their perfumes and lipsticks; plus who doesn't love free shipping? I order from them a couple times every year and it always feels like I'm getting a present in the mail. Everything is always wrapped impeccably and I always get a couple samples in a cute baggy. There have been a couple times I have had samples that I requested go missing and their customer service will always goes above and beyond in sending me some.

Their website is a bit of a pain to use on mobile but otherwise it's fun to view the latest bags and ready to wear. Note that you can only buy sunglasses and cosmetics online; you need to go in person to buy their bags, jewelry, and clothing.

I sold Chanel Beaute when I was in college. I still use it now but prefer Yves St. Laurent cosmetics. Chanel will always be an iconic brand especially in Couture. I love their Eye palettes. Their lipsticks tend to be drying. Certainly, #5 will always be one of the great perfumes. But I don't use Chanel moisturizers or skin care. I think their rep is being a great "color house" but they are not cutting edge in skincare and I find their skincare over priced. Terrific packaging though, but if packaging is your thing it's hard to compete with YSL. And having interlocking CC's on your dressing table doesn't always translate to a pretty face.

Non-existent online customer service. No one answers enquiries. You have to call them to get any help.

Edit: No refund after 2 weeks, no confirmation that they have received my return. An assistant claiming at first they didn't get it yet the tracking says different. Unbelievable. Worse than a random ebay seller but A TAD BIT more pricey.

I bought a pair of brand new sunglasses and they broke instantly. (the arm broke off and so did the bow). At first, they said they will repair it but I waited over 4 months for them to respond. I kept calling and MARIA AND HER BOSS from customer service KEPT LYING. Finally they told me that the warranty is no longer active because the glasses are no longer being sold. $400 piece of GARBAGE. The Chanel brand is garbage as well. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHANEL PRODUCT AGAIN AND I WILL PLASTER THIS EVERYWHERE.

Tip for consumers:
that they pick and choose when to honor the warranty and the actual warranty paper MEANS NOTHING

Saw a purse belt on the Chanel site and called what I thought was the Beverly Hills Boutique. Nope, it was the "help line" for "Customer Service". Sorry but it was not at all helpful even after 3 tries to speak with someone who knew how to locate that bag. I also attempted to drive to the Beverly Hills location only to find all the streets congested or closed due to a Fathers Day car show. Tried to contact the Costa Mesa boutique and received the same B.S. And hung ups in frustration.
I'm sorry but if I choose to spend $2600.00 or more in that store I kind of expect better service than "have you shopped at Chanel before or you'll have to check one of the boutiques to see if they might carry the bag you are interested in." Shame on you Chanel. CoCo would be swirling in her grave right about now.

I placed an order for perfume and the order was cancelled for no reason leading me to have to order the exact same product again. When I tried to get in contact with customer service the wait was insanely long and then they would just hang up. I have been trying to get in contact with a representative for 4 days now and I find it ridiculous.

I love chanel.com, and get stuff from them almost monthly. It's easy to order from their site, and my makeup arrives pretty quickly.

I sent a complaint to BBB previously and chanel replied that they simply just cleaned my bag and did not recolor. When I spoke over the phone to Lynette, she said it was recolored. I can clearly see the recoloring. I am disappointed at how they are treating consumers who spent alot of money on their low quality bags. I would like my money back. I do no want a bag that is recolored, lost my authenticity card and receipt and given back to me like trash inside a box. I believe that a quote should be sent to me for approval prior to any service.

I tried selling the bag to the real real and fashionphile, but they said it has been recolored and will cause a lower the price offered to me. (Chanel said they did not recolor, so who's lying?) Chanel is lying. Even I am not an expert and can see that they recolored the bag. They won't give me a receipt to show what was done to the bag. I will continue to speak up about the issue I had with my bag.

I purchased from Chanel.com and selected yes to the "essential pouch" in which Chanel sends an email confirmation acknowledgment of my order and the essential cotton pouch. My order arrived, I was missing the essential pouch so I called right away. At first I thought this should be an easy fix, I was polite and sent my proof/picture of my items via email to "Ashley" while on the phone with her to confirm received and to go over my order of the missing items. Ashley confirmed that someone will reach out to me in 48 hours so ok I waited and no response so I emailed and then I called Ashley. I was told that my case has been canceled due to no response, she couldn't verify if someone called me or emailed and I was vocal when I confirmed no one reached or or communicated with me so your side had been dishonest when notating my account. I asked what number would Chanel call from or what email and I can DOUBLE CHECK but she could not comment. Shocker.

Ashley spoke with her manager "Amy" today 10/28/22 around 8pm PST. Amy communicated to Ashley stating it's not Chanels fault even if it's on CHANEL'S WEBSITE, and they will not assist me but will send my case to another escalated queue. Own up to it AMY, it's in writing on your CHANEL's WEBSITE…weird huh.

I really feel that I've provided proof, contacted Chanel ASAP and even had been polite plus patient. The information is on YOUR WEBSITE CHANEL.COM, AMY the manager still declined to honor the website and the option Chanel gives its buyers and will not fulfill the order completely. Today I felt extremely small and DISCRIMINATED due to the fact that I did not spend enough or up to CHANEL's standards to even deserve Amy's time in assisting YOUR/CHANEL's mistake.

I have all this proof to provide, come at me.

I hope your order is fulfilled correctly, if not beware that customer service will waive you off or try to send you off.

Here's what happened. I ordered a huge order ( for me) through Chanel.com that was a gift for my brother and other family members. The order show delivered and I kept looking for it at the leasing center and everywhere in the apartment complex. Afterwards, I called the Customer service and asked for refunds since I didn't get the package and I will be out of town for a vacation and they told me they gonna look into that matter and will come back to me. Today I received an e-mail form them mentioning that they will not be able to process the refund since the order show delivered. How shame is that! I ordered through Chanel and you are responsible of getting me the package or my money back.

I will dispute the transaction with my bank and I will sue for this shameless way that you manage your business with.

I'm done with you!

The sales people are snarky, pretentious and borderline rude. They look you up and down before saying a word to help you and treat anyone who isnt dressed a certain way or a certain skin color like they are stealing and dont have money to shop. Even when you pre-paid for your order and came to pick it up.
