My experience with these guys has always been amazing, every time i order a code i get it within the day, the one time that i didnt, i contacted them via email and they were very prompt to answer me and to explain why i hadnt received it, that being said they helped me clear up the confusion, i re-placed my order and got the code within seconds. great job guys, i wish you nothing but the best A+

Needed to unlock ny HTC Ozone. The carrier was not helpful at all. Went to the Cellunlocker site. Put in our IMEI number. Paid fee. With in less than about 10 minutes I went to the chat and during a question and answer session with tech support they actually notified me that my code was in. They waited on the chat until we had the phone unlocked and it works fine. What a wonderful experience. Ken C. needs a promo.

I've been using Cellunlocker.net for about a year now to unlock at least 8 to 10 phones. If there is any misunderstanding on instructions or anything they gave me a rapid response within an hour and took care of the problem. I've tried other cheaper sites, but most times they can't get the unlock codes. Cellunlocker.net has never let me down!!!

I did not receive anything from this scam company, They should send me a code in few hours I am still waiting for a code, customer support doesn't work, life chat doesn't work, nobody replying to my emails and tickets, WHY PAY PAL SUPPORTING A FRAUD COMPANIES LIKE THAT. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY, i DID MY PAYMENT TRUE PAY PAL, IT'S FULL PAY PAL'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Stuart L. It is not a scam in the least - I unlocked my BB 9700 with NO problem from the code they gave me. I even had to contact customer support, which they provided me some solid assistance.

I unlocked my Motorola Atrix for $25. They sent me my code within approximately 36 hours which was within their 2-3 business day estimate. They gave me 2 unlock codes. The first one worked so I didn't have to use the second. No complaints at all.

I had a mobile that I wanted unlocked. So I see their ad & videos on YouTube. I goto their site and have a look. I know there are lots of scammers in the world wide web just a few clicks away.. so I try to find the prices/cost it takes to unlock but it isn't mentioned, and when I saw that, I knew something was fishy. So the best thing would be to contact them and ask them personally. So I contacted them, they even replied and asked for the make/model of the mobile. I gave them what they asked for, and at the end I asked them about the cost. And ever since that they haven't responded back. I've asked them multiple times now.. still no answer.. its like they are ignoring me!
So what I add up now is that these guys aren't honest. Its like if their business is going well then they might charge at a descent price but if its the opposite then they will charge you way much more. They might even just charge whatever they want. and thats not good for the customers, is it?
These guys made me wait and wasted my time. A mobile is a very important part of our daily life. I had to be without a mobile for more than a week. just waiting for these guys. So I just want the people to know about this. The videos on YouTube might look helpful but its just for show!

T N. well i'm glad you didn't actually send your phone though. i don't think there's any legit site online - better to find someone who can do it in your city / neighborhood.

Unlocked but not usable...

Service was fast - within 3 hours, BUT the phone my cousin gave me (she's with Rogers) was not able to be used because once it was unlocked it could only be used for emergency 911 calling and needed a SIM card from Rogers (I'm with Telus - and my SIM card didn't work. I wasn't able to use the phone and ended up having to give her the phone back (it's now her backup to her current one) and buy a new one for myself, using my Telus SIM card.

It's not the company's fault, but I did waste my money.

...Perhaps there could be a point added to the website that covers this possible outcome for would-be users?

I bought a code form them and it did not work, they sent me another one and that did not work as well. I have sent them more than 4 videos with proof that the codes did not work, and they refuse to give me a refund! They just ignore me!!! The chat does not work, when I call all I get is voice mail full, and they almost never answer my e-mail, and when they answer an e-mail, it is to tell me to do something again that I already sent them proof that it did not work!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!

Wonderful service. Entered my phone make (HTC Vivid), carrier (AT&T), and IMEI (make sure to hit *#06# on your dialer), paid $10.99, and waited. Almost instantly, I received an email saying my code had been generated... but when I opened it, the message said that my code hadn't been found in their typical database, so that the automated system needed to check alternate databases, which could take up to 48 hours. A little disappointed, I tried to put it out of my mind (we all know how impatient one can get when prevented from playing with new toys!), but in about two hours I got a code that worked great. Thanks for the unlocked phone, guys... would recommend to any friend. I was considering unlocking it myself, but my device requires the infamous "wire-trick" - I'd much rather pay eleven bucks than take the chance of shorting out and damaging a device that I payed 40 times as much for! There are a bunch of these sites online that present themselves with varying levels of shadiness, but these guys are the real deal. Don't worry!

Got an unlock code in 5 minutes. It wasn't the correct code (it could have been any of several different codes as specified in the email) but when I emailed the company with my exact phone details, they emailed me right back with the correct code. Very happy I was able to unlock my old, no-longer-in-use Blackberry after crappy Verizon refused to do it. Thank you!

After ordering my unlock code I didn't receive an email for quite some time, and I even checked my junk email folder. However, once I had contacted the site, they resent the code in a couple of hours and were very helpful in their correspondence.

If you do have any problems with an order, give them a chance to rectify it by contacting them before telling everyone they are no good.

I was looking to unlock a pantech reveal from AT&T that i was to use here in Canada as i was to tired and did not want to work on flashing it. Input the internal modular electronic identifier (IMEI), made a payment and waited a few hours. Once i got the code, i put in a MTS (canadian) sim chip entered the code twice and presto! got it running not a problem yet......(aside from my cellular carrier not sending the right provisioning)...

one very every so small complaint is that the code did not arrive in my email until 30hours later.....HOWEVER.....2 hours after making my payment and checking my order status the code was already there....

very prompt, curious, professional and i love the fact there is a number to call should something happen! will use this again as i have my eye on a nice android i want to get then unlock :D

I have just used Cellunlocker.net to unlock an HTC Desire HD phone, donated by my daughter, locked to UK T-Mobile. As I am presently in Australia, it needed unlocking to be of any use to me
In my view the service I received was exemplary, simple, cheap, quick & it worked troublefree at the first attempt!

I have an Xperia Mini Pro (SK17i) and cellunlocker.net said they unlock it easily. I paid the $39.99 (£26.41) as the guy in my local shop charged £35 and said that was the cheapest he could do it for legitimately and anyone else offering to do it for cheaper were probably using pirate software or were just trying to blag/cheat me out of my money and he had seen it a few times from people with damaged and still locked phones from cellunlocker.net.

I ignored the warning and used cellunlocker.net and they could not unlock my code or even supply me with the manufacturer’s code like the man in my local shop.

They took my money and could not unlock but I thought Paypal and their 100% guarantee would cover me. They ignore my emails and bother replying when I am asking for a refund.

I feel that all the reviews on the reviews site by people called John, Jane, $#*! and Tony etc are all fake people they have made up to try and create the impression they have had given good customer services.

I would never use them ever again and urge anyone not to use them but instead use their local store/shops.

They speak broken English and would have you believe they are in the USA but I could tell from the time of their responses and they way they write emails they are not in an English speaking country.

To date I am still awaiting a refund. Bloody Scammers!
